All Things Regarding Assange's Arrest

I'm not sure how the US are gonna get Assange for being a 'traitor'... he's an Aussie!

From what I'm reading, he is charged with helping C. Manning to hack into a government computer by getting the password.  The full sentence carries a 5 year term in prison, but the full term is hardly ever given. As long as he has been held already, I think he will get off for what he gives us, or a very low prison stay here in the U.S.

I hope I'm right.
