Who? Who won't be able to walk down the streets? And who is going to stop them? I need to know, 'cause I've been know to take a chunk out of the ass of folks who are trying to obstruct free passage of other folks in public thoroughfares. That just ain't cricket - if I can freely make use of public spaces, everyone else can, too. That's why they are called public.
