Now, that right there is a Federal crime - communing a threat via the US Mail. Furthermore, it's a federal "hate crime", since it was aimed at a protected class of folks - I can't determine if it was perpetrated against gays or Trump supporters, but either way, it was a hate crime directed against a protected class (either political or sexual, I dunno which).
So when is his day in Federal court? The aggravated nature of the crime which makes it a hate crime ought to be good to tack on an extra 20 years in the penitentiary, or maybe give him the chair...
... after all it WAS a "HATE crime", and therefore much, much worse than just a regular old everday run-of-the-mill crime.
