I came across this thread by Jordan Sather on Twitter. He makes some good points.

Physical:
Think: spraying of aluminum, barium, and other ("unknown"?) particulates over dense population centers. Heavy neurotoxins. A population that is physically sick will not be able to put the mental pieces together. I'm sure they can "test things" in the sprays, as well.
Environmental:
[*]Think: weather warfare. The metal nanoparticles have specific effects on weather patterns. Dryer where they spray, wetter downstream. (Westcoast dry, eastcoast wet) Also think: HAARP, Gwen, and other EM technologies. The sprays give these a field to work with.

Spiritually:
[*]The electromagnetic buffer created by the spraying (aluminum, barium, iron oxides) disallows SOLAR and COSMIC radiation from penetrating our atmosphere. They are trying to delay the necessary DNA and consciousness changes we are SUPPOSE to be going through.
