basically anyone around the world can decide that on an election day, that they are a Californian and vote!
Maybe pushing the State out into the Pacific is the only answer.
There have been lots of earthquake activity out there lately. We can keep our fingers crossed that prophecy is fulfilled and it drops into the ocean soon.
