Thing is if a government controls CO2 they control the people. You are forced to get an electrical car, then the amount driven is heavily taxed, electricity become a deluxe thing, you cant aford heating or the internet, your job is controlled by taxes on CO2 so or your wages. What all this is , is a back door to starting the social point system in China. Be a good little boy and you get points and the right to use electricity, the right to drive with lower tax, the right to live.
