I found where some Russian was Arrested in Spain, Yes, most article's it say the machines were what was hacked. If anything, I see where they say he 'hacked the DNC' or 'hacked John Podesta's emails'.
How can you create a virus to enable someone to win an election ? This is absurd. There is no way to do it? Unless of course you are able to stuff ballots in a box .
