I forgot to add that IMHO...
The video in the OP could be showing the glare from the transit of the moon from left to right just out of the top of the frame.
It is moving at just about the correct speed and in the correct direction.
The Moon on 17th/18th was waning gibbous - and it would be about 75% of its maximum luminosity then.
