Someone needs to take the reins in that city and stop giving these thugs a free pass to do as they please.
Innocent people are being harmed and killed, with no worries of repercussion by the criminals.
Kinda makes me wonder if Chicago isn't some kind of 'experimental playground' with the city/fed officials.
I mean, the crime (killings) is getting worse, like no one in office cares.
