Yup. If you look at the picture, there are only wide-open spaces around the "ruins", making it singular, just a "ruin" rather than "ruins", which leads to the conclusion that it's not in a built-up area like Aleppo/Halab. "Photographic evidence" often gives it's own clues that it is manufactured rather than real to everyone except those who just WANT to believe rather than actually get to the bottom of the matter.
