No need to be sorry at all. He was told he'd live to 25 and he's 59 this year 
One tough cookie (although he'd beat the crap out of me for calling him a cookie lol). I just hate that there's something currently readily available (despite the "laws" to try and prove otherwise) but when he would like it, he has to jump through hoops to get it. It shouldn't be this hard
