Great idea for a thread - as I am currently in China, I often have acupuncture, cupping and other TCM methods.
One thing that I find great is Wormwood, which comes in many different formats and is great for aches and pains. It is amazing and whether it is the heat or the plant which makes the difference, something definitely works for me when I use that.
