We have College and University Graduates in America Driver Trucks for Werner and Swift and other companies because there are no job openings for them. (Thank You Obama)
So who's to say that there in Romania a Taxi Cab Driver or what ever he was at the time didn't graduate from Romania University and was unable to get a job because of all the Refugees being Catered to! JMHO
