My dos centavos:
Ft. Hood is a very big place. Lots and lots of Soldiers. Large numbers of anything need to be seen through that lens. However...
- The military has had a very big problem with suicides in the last years. I wish I knew why. There are a lot of resources now available as well as constant training. But the number is still high.
- Accidents happen and the military does risky stuff. But that number seems extraordinary.
- Missing Soldiers and deaths under suspicious circumstances. I have been asking the same for a while.
I have some hypothesis' after 25 years but I will keep my mouth shut.
