Why don't women argue for a jail system which doesn't differentiate between where male prisoners and female prisoners are housed?  Just mix 'em all up in there together.

Think about it ... in a year you'd be able to make the case for enforced sterilization of anyone entering the penal system.  And then??  Well, at least some dumb people wouldn't be breeding anymore.
