Guys, non-official players (or members) were always allowed to ask questions, from the beginning. It is up to the Narrator at hand to decide if he wants to answer those questions or not.
And since there are no more advantage to being Player #1, compared to Player #2, as both players can now choose the same claim, the relevance of alternate questions becomes questionable. It's just easier for the Narrator if both players are around as they ask their questions alternately but when one player is amiss, I don't see why the player at hand needs to hold back. :)
