Just now watched a press conference from El Paso law enforcement. They said the shooter is 21 years old, Patrick Crusius. He used an AK-47. He surrendered without incident to law enforcement in the parking lot.
The police were waiting for a warrant to search a house in Allen, TX, while I was watching a live stream news channel before the press conference. I haven't heard more about that yet. I'm sure more will be revealed as time goes by.
