Countries like America have Migration laws and they are easy to follow and by calling a single phone number it's a (1-800 number) you can have your questions answered on how to Migrate to America in any Language You Speak.
Yes, it is true, they will get an interpreter to help you understand how to fill out the Two Page Form.
The cost is not much over $700. dollars to file, yes you have to work and save your money to be able to pay the filing fee.
But yea, you're legal and you're respected for being legal.
