There is the dead man zone in a helicopter that if you have an engine failure you are basically dead or broken for the rest of your life. The take off was stupid and especially at the top of climb he was fully in the dead man zone with no speed...
However from the video I saw it looked like a tail rotor failure .... Or... the pilot ran out of anti torque pedal which I seriously doubt but it does happen.. The only way to recover is to lower your power consumption by lowering your collective (the side stick that increases or decreases the attack angle of the rotor blades... hard to do for someone inexperienced when the bird is falling and spinning)... Hopefully it was a tailrotor failure and not some stupid pilot..either way everyone is dead...RIP
