Outsourcing projects isn't really a bad idea when taken into account that the Military have been messing
about with this sort of situation since the forties.
Okay, if there was wreckage from Roswell and Lieutenant Colonel Philip Corso was telling the truth, then
we got fibre-optics. But any advancement in aviation hasn't made it's way out into the public arena.
Lazar's accounts of gravitational substances and time-distortion comments haven't brought us anything
either.
Maybe it is time to see what the civilians can do.
