I can understand -but certainly not agree with it of course, if there was a corrupt Police force
in that County abusing their power and disregarding their social responsibilities.
It would go hand-in-hand that this Police force would ignore the concerns of Cruz's worrying
behavior.
But it hints at a lot more when Israel's Broward County gang AND the FBI failed to see deal with
this young man's situation. A cynical person would suggest it was deliberate.
Either way, Israel should be given his marching orders.
