This only works if the recipient believes it does. By putting this out on the internet, they probably hope Trump sees it and lets his guard down, but I don't think that will happen. It is really the person themselves making the spell work.
The power of our mind is the most powerful tool we have. Some know how to use... some don't.
With that being said, when it comes to evil spells, there most certainly are demonic forces that will do things... but it will cost the one casting the spell dearly!
