The more people on food stamps, the more dependent they are on the government.
The easier it is to control the masses.
Does not surprise me one bit that Bush got this going, being as he and Daddy Bush are part of the Elite.
Having said that, they better beware of the other 50% of the population.
Sure some are passive, willing to give up in order to maintain "peace".
But of that 50%, I bet your sweet azz that there are about 40% who won't go quietly and without a fight.
Those are the ones TPTB are worried about.
So yeah, the more people that they can get on some form of government subsidy, the better it is for the govt.
It's all about control of the people.
