And as far as the deficit goes, we build ships and bombs by the billions. If we could trim a tenth of a percent from our defense budget it would feed this whole damn country.

How many practice rounds were fired during development? At a million a piece, shooting 100 of them paid for presidential salary and their entire staff going back to Truman...Just sayin.
