Well Carl had put a speaker in one and had rigged a line to where he could make a ghost float across the sidewalk just as someone walked up the steps.
Then the recording would come on of this creepy 'mwaaahaaahaa' voice.
Cannot tell you how many people he scared shitless that one Halloween night. LMAO.
Plus he is a master at fireworks too. BIG TIME!
Oh yeah, he's gotten himself in trouble many a times over that.
And I'm not talking little tiny fire cracker pops either.
Made himself a container that he can set them off in and they are LOUD!!
As in, draw cops attention loud, even on a boat.
