For every one person that read this post. About 7.99 billion have not.

Yet I still post.  tinyinlove

Some years back SS was predicted to run dry by 2022.

Quote:Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) Information for 2023

Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits for approximately 70 million Americans will increase 8.7 percent in 2023.
The 8.7 percent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will begin with benefits payable to more than 65 million Social Security beneficiaries in January 2023. Increased payments to more than 7 million SSI beneficiaries will begin on December 30, 2022. (Note: some people receive both Social Security and SSI benefits)

Went to lab on Thursday to give blood samples. Tube after tube after tube and i can't even watch that happening. So disgusting feeling when the needle goes into the vein. Also they attached these whatever sensors into my ankles and wrists and upper body and checked some heart stuff.

I also have a supervised urine test next Thursday. Dunno what is up with that really. My doc just said that i should trade all my addictions to a gym addiction because i am skinny. And then she sent me to drug tests. I can go there, but gonna need at least 10 cans of beer first. Difficult to pee when someone is right there watching.

Doc is nice, one of the good docs, she just does not have a single clue about how addictions work. But she is on my side.

Smoked a tiny, but really pleasant cannabis joint in the bedroom. For some reason i am a career criminal due to that. Dunno, did not break my morals, did not break my ethics, and there is literally no victim. So fuck the lawmakers and their books.

Did you get that? A criminal! BOOOOOO! Look how scary i am!

Explanation: In my neck of the woods ... this high strangeness occurred ...

https://the-riotact.com/act-passes-drug-...ans/605336

Quote:The Territory has just become the first jurisdiction in the country to decriminalise small amounts of hard drugs after a day of passionate and very lengthy debate.
In 12 months, being caught with ice, cocaine and heroin (below certain thresholds) will no longer result in a criminal sanction.
Instead, the drugs will be confiscated, the possessor issued a $100 fine or be directed to attend a health-based drug diversion program.
Possession limits for cocaine, amphetamine, MDMA and methylamphetamine are capped at 1.5 grams and heroin at one gram.

I've got no problem mixing guns and alcohol - I live on the edge. it's breezy out here. \

The home-made caps i made for Betsy lost all their 'splodey powder over time, so back to the drawing board on those, but I still have a couple hundred store-bought caps, so we can make her go BOOM still.

If more modern stuff it to your taste, I still have a couple thousand rounds for the AR, so that is also an option.

But I'm out of beer at the moment, only have rum. Bring your own beer if that's your preference!

Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
