It's one thing to have laws and people to enforce them as written. Fine. 

It's quite another to re-interpret the laws, past your established authority, on a weekly basis and then go out to harass the public. 

This is simply another executive agency doing whatever they want with no oversight. Be it the ATF, the FBI, or the IRS. They protect nothing but their budget.
