Is The Sh!T About To Hit The Fan?
#1
We know it is coming and we know that it is close. We know what it is going to look like once it has spread, but do we know what it is going to like before it hits?

This may be it.

Quote:This story was seen and shared by so many of you that it vaulted right into the "finals" folder in this week's emails, as virtually everyone from Catherine Austin Fitts, to Dr. Mark Skidmore and almost all of you who are regular readers here, and who regularly send me articles sent this one.

And I have to admit, this one has me deeply concerned. But before we get to that, first, the story itself, in what I consider its most interesting version:

Pope Francis instructs Vatican entities to move all funds to Vatican bank by Sept. 30

I read the article, but for the life of me could not puzzle out what the Pope, the Vatican, or the Catholic Church has to do with the shit hitting the fan here. I might need someone to draw me a map.

With that said, there are clearly forces in the upper echelons of the regime here who are just a-chompin' at the bit for the shit to hit the fan here, and who re actively trying to make that happen.
Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’

If the Vatican is commanding the churches, their organizations, and investors, to remove their money and investments from global local banks, and securing the majority of their wealth in the Vatican bank, where it will be completely under the Vatican control, it causes me a bit of concern, and causes me to think that the financial collapse we know is coming, is around the corner.

I could be completely wrong. That is why I made this post. For others more knowledgeable than me, to set me straight.

I agree. Many are investing in precious metals and gems. You can't eat gold or bit coin.

What is really going to matter in the end will not be what is in storage.

nope, bit coin is only as good as the money you buy and sell it with, gold pretty much is going to be worthless cause who ever has the stuff your wanting to buy with it, can pretty much say that a pound of gold is only worth a penny.

only thing that's really going to be worth anything is beans, bullets and bandages, and lots of folks will be killed over them.

You know, I grew up in the country, poor as a church mouse. Never went hungry because we lived close to the water. We fished, crabbed, and clammed. We lived in the woods and there was plenty of fruit, nut trees, and rabbit. More importantly we had neighbors. We had harvest time, hog killing time, and weekly sharing of milk and eggs.

We were all poor, but no one went hungry.

we use to cook cracklins when we butchered hogs, cooked them in my mom's what me and my brother called her witches kettle a big old black cast iron cauldron. use to make her mad as hell. my dad would have all the employees from the farm come over to the house and have a cook out, we took care of them and they took care of us, no body was rich and we were all one big family, still see some of them and their kids, who are as old as i i am from time to time at the store. we all wish the farm was still operating cause we'd all still be there working.

there's still a few folks out there like that, but not many, it's me and mine now for most folks, and i have to admit that i'm guilty of it from time to time.  in a shit hit the fan type deal i'm afraid that unless i know someone real well, their not gonna get much out of me. i'll help just a tad but they  won't know everything i got, and what they see they may just tell me to keep it.

I live out in the woods. Out in the country. Been here for over twenty years, and most of us old folk have died or moved on. There are about six of us that are still participants of the old ways. There are about 22 of us that are new. City folks that think they can make it on their own.

We will see how that works out.

The Vatican's movement of funds to one central place is no different from many people stuffing their cash
under the mattress, it could well be due to doubts in the world's markets and possible repercussions of fluctuating
currencies around the world.

However, such an act should be worrying as it sends a negative message to those who deal in such trading.

I agree with NightSkye, you can't eat precious metals and the black market will determine the price. Barter will be the best route IMO.

I also agree with BIAD, that it is like the Vatican is stuffing the mattress, like a run on the banks before they go under. They realize that when your wealth is stored in banks and investments that it is under the control of others who can keep from you or lose it altogether.

Another consideration is the library at the Vatican. Knowledge is far more valuable than their commodities. The activities there should be monitored closely, they likely have foreknowledge of something on the horizon.

Me too, but ...

I have quite an investment in precious metals. Why? The gooberment can't get at it.  My kids will get it with no inheritance tax.

Thing about gold ... it's value always returns. Bad trade stuff as barter to be sure ... but as collateral, almost nothing holds a better value.

I think we are going to get down to beans, bullets and bandages.  Once we start down that slope it probably won't take long to reach the bottom. How long we stay at the bottom is what will really matter.

If you have PMs as an insurance policy and just sit on it, the government will come after you as a hoarder or a black marketeer and confiscate it. They will take everything you have (food, supplies, PMs, what ever you have) if they can find it, for the greater good, ie. for the good of the government and those in power. Look what happened in Venezuela . . .

Plus, they did it here in the U.S. in 1933.

Quote:During extreme crises, governments can also seize people’s gold. There have been some stunning examples of “gold confiscation” in the past. Most memorably, this occurred in the US in 1933 during the great depression – albeit it’s more accurate to call it a nationalisation than a confiscation, since citizens were compensated. The government of Franklin D Roosevelt seized all gold bullion and coins via Executive Order 6102, forcing citizens to sell at well below market rates. Immediately after the “confiscation”, the government set a new official rate for gold that was much higher as part of the Gold Reserve Act 1934.

Though this is not likely to affect anyone here But, shit is hitting the fan on a 1000 year old Order.

In the past few weeks, following rumors that he may be stepping down, Pope Francis has dissolved the Knights of Malta leadership, downgraded the status of Opus Dei, and ordered Vatican entities to move all funds into the Vatican Bank. Is Francis trying to avert a coup? Dodging a bullet of some sort - the entire Vatican is traditionally a concealed-carry state. Gladio restructuring. Flashbacks of P2.

Quote:Pope dissolves Knights of Malta leadership, issues new constitution

VATICAN CITY, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Pope Francis on Saturday dissolved the leadership of the Knights of Malta, the global Catholic religious order and humanitarian group, and installed a provisional government ahead of the election of a new Grand Master.

The change, which the pope issued in a decree, came after five years of often acrimonious debate within the order and between some top members of the old guard and the Vatican over a new constitution that some feared would weaken its sovereignty.

Under the previous constitution, the top Knights and the Grand Master were required to have noble lineage, something reformers said excluded nearly everyone except Europeans from serving in top roles.

The new constitution eliminates the nobility rule as well as the tradition of Grand Masters being elected for life.

Quote:Pope Francis overhauls Order of Malta

The order has been in a protracted process of constitutional reform since 2017. After years of gridlock, Pope Francis gave Tomasi new powers last October to change the knights’ religious life and internal governance, despite concerns that this could violate the order’s sovereign status in international law.
...
The papal decree began with a preamble asserting that the sovereign institution had “always enjoyed special protection from the Apostolic See.” It recalled historic instances of papal interventions in the order.

It also noted that as the organization is a religious order, “it depends, in its various articulations, on the Holy See.”

He added that the whole order required a “profound spiritual, moral and institutional renewal,” and not only the order’s small number of professed knights, who have made vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience.

Meanwhile, the Pope vote-stuffing cardinals as a counter measure to an assassination/coup...

Quote:Pope Francis expands ranks of cardinals in charge of electing new church leader

Pope Francis elevated 20 more churchmen to the rank of cardinal on Saturday, formally expanding those now eligible to vote for his successor in case he dies or resigns — the latter a step he has said he’d consider if the need arises.

Of the churchmen being named new cardinals in the consistory ceremony in St. Peter's Basilica, 16 are younger than 80 and thus eligible to participate in a conclave — the ritual-shrouded, locked-door assembly of cardinals who cast paper ballots to elect a new pontiff.

The 85-year-old Francis has now named 83 of the 132 cardinals currently young enough to join a conclave.

My Grandma laughed and told me about that when I was a kid ... as she handed me my first $10 gold piece. I remember it had an Indian Head on it.  I was never into collecting coins, but my Grandma always gave one to her grandkids when they visited. I remember my Grampa scoffing and saying the metal was on 83 or 85% gold.

Then, I took a job and that's how we were paid.  One gold piece per day. $330/mo face value. Made me laugh at the IRS. Only time in my life I ever 'got over' on the gooberment. Still gives me good vibes when I think about it.

My first wife's grandpa had 30,000 dollars in gold coins at the time, and it vanished overnight. Not because it was confiscated, but because he buried it when the seizures started. When they came to confiscate, they found nothing TO confiscate. He died without divulging it's location to anyone, and to this day it has not been found.

Good luck with future confiscations. I have no gold, nor do I want any, because as has been observed, I can't eat it, and the melting point is too high to turn it into anything useful, like bullets. For me, gold is as useless as tits on a crowbar. However, what I DO have is not going to be confiscated without a hell of a tussle. If it comes down to my survival or the government agents' survival, I'm going to do whatever I have to to insure my own survival. At that point in time and space, their survival means nothing to me, because I have me and my own to look out for. Besides, at that point, they are nothing more than thieves, and thieves get dealt with rough.
