Asking for reports and encounters with UFO’s/UAP’s/USO’s

I previously posted this on ATS

I feel most of us have had some sort of encounter(s) with UFO's/UAP's. Back in the day, it used to be forbidden somewhat to talk about these kinds of things. I was active duty Navy in the 1980's with a Top Secret security clearance. I saw a few things that I never said a word about at the time, because I feared losing my security clearance, and hence my job. Looking back at my fear, I regret being such a scaredy cat and wish I had said something to someone. I recall seeing boomerang shaped craft in the sky near Norfolk Navy Base doing manuevers that no aircraft in that time and currently can do. If fact, I was one of many witnesses to this, but we never said a word, because we all held security clearances. We would have been ridiculed and ostracized.

Now this stuff is mainstream. Many Navy personnel have reported and recorded sightings and now finally people believe them. As recent as 2016, I saw an orb shaped craft zip along in broad daylight right past me, no wings, no visible propulsion, and no noise whatsoever. But I still didn't say anything. My hubby served 20 years in the Navy and saw lots of crazy unexplainable things. Same thing in his case. He held a Top Secret security clearance and couldn't say a thing. I know there are many more people who have seen things that they won't talk about, because there still seems to be a stigma. I believe that there is alien life out there. I hope that governments around the world start to take this stuff seriously.

Life as we know it could change very much if life beyond our planet is found. Whether it changes for good or for bad is up to everyone. I hope that if I ever see something weird in the future, that I will have the foresight to report it and speak up.

I dunno when you were in Norfolk, but I saw a "flying wing" across the river in Newport News in 1986 or 87. I lived on Jefferson Avenue just across the train tracks from the shipyard at the time, but it was up towards Newmarket North around where Rt 17 crosses the James at the James River Bridge where I saw the wing. It looked like a pair of B-52 wings without the engines or fuselage.

I also saw a shiny "orb" like gizzy in May of 2012. I was working security at a CANFOR facility in Alamance County, NC, and saw it in broad daylight being trailed by 5 helicopters. Looked like Blackhawks, but I can't be sure. The choppers were neither gaining on it nor falling behind, they were just pacing it about 4 or 5 helicopter lengths behind, and they were not shooting at it, either. The "orb" was round like a ball, shiny, had no wings, rotors, or propellers and no exhaust I could see. It was about the size of one of the helicopter cockpits. If it made any sound, I couldn't hear it above the rotor whumps of the choppers.

I took photos, but they and the hard drive they were on, and everything else on that drive, were confiscated in Nov 2012. If I made any backup copies of the photos, I've been unable to find them.

I attributed the flying wing to something they were experimenting on at Langley AFB, and never thought much more about it. NASA -Langley were always firing up that damned wind tunnel for testing, and you could hear it for a 5 mile radius.

The orb was a different matter. At first I thought it was some kind of drone being flown as a target for the choppers, but when I realized it had no wings, I knew it wasn't a drone. That's when I grabbed the camera and took the photos, as I considered it a curiosity.

.
Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’

I have exactly zero UFO/UAP sightings to report.

The same with crypto critters. Zip.

I must be doing something wrong.  tinyshocked
