I found myself in a situation where I came face to face with the my mortality and realized that I could not afford to leave the little bit of stuff I have accumulated over the years to the courts.
I have a massive family. I have five brothers and four sisters. I have twenty two nieces and nephews, and so far, thirty two great nieces and nephews. My siblings don't need my stuff and almost all of them are better off than me financially. Their children are another story.
This not a new conundrum. I goes back as long as time itself.
Very few of the young folk in my family are responsible or even future minded, outside of what they think they are going to get when their parents die.
I looked into my options and long before I saw this video I made this choice. After seeing it I think I made the best choice for me.
I am sharing this with you because too many of us think that Trusts, are only for the wealthy. They probably better serve the poor than the wealthy.
At least take a look at it, before you make your decision. Hope this helps someone.
