Yea, I too find this stuff fascinating. I watched one from last year (or maybe was from 2020, different channel) that covered (real) pandemics in history and the focus was on after the apocalypse how global society was forever changed & reshaped concerning economics, technology & culture. I'll post it if I'm able to find it again, which it also noted the worst years in human history were around 536 AD.
