Did I answer your question?

Yes.

You're up @"Jinmi"

If we don't hear back from JINMI today...I or someone else can take over as the second questioner.

I've had lunch with Bob Hope, so I think the golf thing might be true, he was a reeally great guy.

Frankly, I'm not exactly sure how to interpret that statement.

Are you implying my stories are lies?

I would just give FAUX another question in place of his last.
BOTH primary questioners will need to ask a total of 3 questions.
AFTER you have answered all 6 of their questions...they both put forward their guess as to which is the lie...and why they believe it to be so.
THEN you reveal the true lie.

Understood.

Very well, I will follow your lead.

But the real question is...did you let him use is #1 WOOD (Driver) to tee off on you???

FAUX...Why don't you go ahead and ask FCD a NEW first question...while you're both here?

OK.

@"FlyingClayDisk" How did you wind up having dinner with Earl Morral before the Super Bowl?

...I just wish he'd used a Sharpie instead of a ball point.
It washed off after the first shower...and hurt like hell when he signed it.

I still felt special, though.

Explains why you're such a big fan of Tiger's Wood.

@"FlyingClayDisk" How did you wind up having dinner with Earl Morral before the Super Bowl?

The Morrall's were family friends.  I was friends with his son who was younger than me.  Our parents were close friends.

Two truths and one lie, you say???  Heh, heh...this should be fun!

Statements

1. I have a hand autographed (in person) baseball from the 1968 World Series Champion, Detroit Tigers.  Not a replica, hand signed on the spot by all of the starting players.

2. I've played golf with Bob Hope and Jack Nicholas, at the same time, in the same foursome, on the same course.

3. I ate dinner with Earl Morrall, Quarterback for the Miami Dolphins on January 13th, 1972...the night before the Miami Dolphins won the 1972 Super Bowl...also known as "The Perfect Season".

Can I throw in an Extra Credit statement (for 3 truths and 1 lie)?

ETA - Only one of those is a lie.  Or, more correctly; only one of those isn't 100% true.

Sorry Im late!

Who was the 4th in your golf outing?

Great question actually!

I had forgotten who it was last night when I wrote that, but after thinking about it for a bit last night I remembered.  His name was Dave Kocourek.  (ret. Tight End for the Oakland Raiders #83 in '68).
#38
BTW - I have corrected the '72 / '73 typo and confusion in the OP.  It was the '72 season which was the 'perfect season'.  The Super Bowl for that year was in calendar year 1973 (January, following the '72 season).

SECOND question goes to FAUX...

How did you get into a round of golf with those 3 people?
