Driver crashes new Ferrari after driving it less than two miles

I'd love a Ferrari but sadly will only ever get to drive one virtually so when someone who can afford a Ferrari gets one then crashes it just down the road from the dealership I admit to finding that funny ... is that wrong ????

In Las Vegas you can rent one for a few hours or a day depending on your wallet size.

Shame on Ferrari for selling a car to an idiot.

They sue people left right and center for defacing their cars. On this occasion they should sue themselves.

Coolest car I ever got to drive was a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, no idea the year model. A friend of our family bought one and had come over to show it off and asked if I- a 14 year old with no driver's license- wanted to take it for a cruise. Of course I said yes!!!

He got in the back and I drove all over the county, picking up friends along the way for a pool party at his house. The price I had to pay was making sure to keep a mixed drink in his hand at all times- he stayed inside. Afterwards I had pick up his girlfriend to drive him home after dropping off my friends and returning to my house because he was too drunk to drive.

Even I with no license didn't wreck that car. Makes me wonder how stupid Ferrari dummy was!

I did that! I leased a Ferrari for 4 hours in Las Vegas. It was over 25 years ago and I remember it coming out to about $1200.
It was a blast to drive! Fingertip paddle shifting, incredibly fast acceleration! You only live once and I won almost $3k gambling so when I saw I could lease a Ferrari!!! No question as I don't really get into gambling but I appreciate raw power and speed!

I'll never have that problem.  I don't even want to take a test drive in a car I can't afford.  Plus, I can't get out of those low cars easily anymore, sucks getting old.

I remember finding a Porsche Boxter for sale in Munising MI for 800 bucks, It was in decent shape, it ran good, needed a muffler though and the body was rust free...but the paint was faded.  I got in it....I am six foot one and a half....I couldn't shift it because the shifter hit my knee.  I told the guy I would take it if he drove it home for me and he told me he couldn't.....he couldn't shift it either because of the same problem.  So I passed on the car.  It had a four banger in it, I guess they put that Porsche engine in some VW buses too, and my brother had one sitting in the back of my stepfathers house that my uncle had given him...but what use is it to own a car that you are too tall to drive.

That was back around 98, the car was a 82.  I guess the car was never driven in the winter, the guy inherited it from his uncle and had to have a neighbor drive it home for him.  Oh well, a good deal is not really a good deal if you can't use it.

During my corporate days the owner had two.. a black one and a red one. Unless you are driving on a nice smooth road they are not worth having except for the resale value and prestige of owning one or two IMO.

Steering wheel was on the wrong side of that one.  No great loss.

'Cause if they catch you in the back seat trying to pick her locks
They're gonna send you back to Mother in a cardboard box
You better run!
