Federal Employees need to Thank Trump.

Finally a Federal Judge (that President Trump appointed) Shoved It Into Biden without Lube!  YO

Der Fuhrer Biden

Quote:The President’s Authority Is Not That Broad”: Trump-Appointed Federal Blocks Dear Leader Biden’s VAXX-Mandate on Federal Employees
Quote:A federal judge has blocked the Biden-Harris regime’s executive order mandating Covid-19 injections for all federal employees. He also declined to enjoin another order that imposed similar mandates on employees for contractors that work with the federal government.

In a presidency that has been marked by continuous failure, the paragraph written by Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown in the Southern District of Texas may be the most damning yet. President Trump appointed Judge Brown to the seat in March, 2019.

Quote:The plaintiffs have moved the court to preliminarily enjoin the enforcement of two executive orders by the President. The first, Executive Order 14042, is already the subject of a nationwide injunction. Because the injunction protects the plaintiffs from imminent harm, the court declines to enjoin the first order. The second, Executive Order 14043, amounts to a presidential mandate that all federal employees consent to vaccination against COVID-19 or lose their jobs. Because the President’s authority is not that broad, the court will enjoin the second order’s enforcement.

The comment about the president's authority is only the tip of the iceberg.

There has been too much worship of the executive branch and the person of the president for the last several administrations (Trump notwithstanding).  A form of worship that is unhealthy for a republic.

Congress has been scorned for many years, but boy, do they have a high opinion of themselves!

And the Supremes.  Don't get me started.  What is the purpose of a supreme court that uses clever legal ruses to avoid considering cases of huge import to the intended functioning of political processes in the Republic?

Cheers

Glad to see something happening.

For this administration, the Judicial branch is great if they agree with their policy. If they don't? Screw it, they will just ignore SCOTUS.

Not so much for the Federal employees (they know of risks when working for the guberment, regardless), but I am glad that this releases the contractors and their employees that work with the Fed Govt

Such as the trucking industry -- where the MSM has been silent as to the large reason for the shortage of drivers -- mainly the dreaded va$$ine mandate

They were threatening to drop government contracts in order to keep going, to keep drivers from leaving the industry
(they were 80,000+ short)

Now maybe, at least where truck deliveries are concerned, things can slowly get back to normal, whatever that is these days

Same goes for other government contractors

Of course, it is up to each individual company for the most part now.
