Do you all remember last April when CERN  scientists shut down the LHC, and said it was because a weasel had entered a transformer and was electrocuted as it gnawed through a 66-kilovolt power cable?
Well, according to this article, that was a cover-up (as if we didn't suspect that already). 
Well, honestly, you don't expect them to come out and tell us, "Hey, we almost caused a major catastrophic world event... sorry." 
 
According to conspiracy theorists, that's exactly what they did. The scientists and engineers panicked and shut down the LHC after it triggered a magnitude 7 earthquake around Norsup on Malakula Island, Vanuatu, and they were afraid the earthquake could increase in intensity and spread around the world, which would cause mega quakes and tsunamis that could "devastate the entire planet".  

The earthquake was supposedly triggered by a major LHC experiment CERN scientists rushed to shut down the LHC due to fears that the earthquake could increase in intensity and spread around the world, causing mega quakes and tsunamis that could devastate the entire planet, according to the conspiracy theory website Freedom Fighter Times.

The powerful earthquake, according to conspiracy theorists, ripped through the South Pacific region and beyond, literally shaking the entire planet. The earthquake happened only 15 minutes after a major surge of power in the LHC. The claim that recent major earthquakes were caused by LHC experiments is being promoted by several online doomsday prophets and conspiracy theorists. According to the Freedom Fighter Times YouTube channel, in a video uploaded to YouTube on April 29, 2016, a day after the Vanuatu earthquake, “CERN shook the world yesterday like drunkard.” “There is reason to believe that the LHC shutdown not because of a weasel,” the YouTube channel claimed, “but because they shook the planet with a violent earthquake.”

“New evidence further convicts the LHC as being the underlying factor behind the severe earthquakes, with the latest largest earthquake as being a major proving point,” Freedom Fighter Times wrote on its website. “In this life there are no coincidences, and far too often has CERN’s LHC been operational while strange events have taken place,” the website continued.

According to the conspiracy theory website, there are no coincidences, and the possibility that CERN may have caused the massive Vanuatu quake should force policy makers to pause to reconsider their decision-making about the LHC project. That was not the first time that CERN had shut down the LHC after reckless experiments that threatened the world, according to the conspiracy theorist. The LHC was also responsible for several other major earthquakes before the April 28 Vanuatu earthquake. The LHC has been causing major earthquakes around the world for years, conspiracy theorists claim. It was allegedly responsible for the massive earthquake that shook Nepal in April 2015, leading to the loss of thousands of lives. It was also responsible for the recent earthquake in Papua Guinea and the magnitude 8.8 mega quake in Chile in 2010, according to the conspiracy theory blog Conscious Life News. In a May 2015 article titled “How CERN’s Large Hadron Collider Could Be Linked to Recent Earthquakes,” Conscious Life News argued it was not a coincidence that all the major earthquakes in recent times occurred soon after CERN scientists “fired up” the LHC.

In November 2009, after CERN scientists began a series of tests in preparation for a new round of operations at the facility, power surged from the LHC so strongly that it generated a “time warp” across the planet, according to Freedom Fighter Times. The pre-operation tests caused a disruption of the Earth’s magnetic field, generating a “time wave” that traveled towards the planet’s core. The accident caused a massive power outage across South America that left millions in darkness, according to the conspiracy theorist.

When CERN scientists realized that the experiments had nearly caused global catastrophe, they shut down the LHC hurriedly and tried to cover up the truth about the shutdown with a story that a bird dropped “a baguette onto one of the critical electrical systems,” claimed conspiracy theorists.
Besides allegedly causing earthquakes, conspiracy theorists have also claimed that LHC experiments have caused a wide variety of freak weather phenomena, such as wormholes, hurricanes, tornadoes, and global warming. The LHC could also generate a black hole that swallows up the Earth. It could also open up a portal to another dimension or parallel universe and cause an intrusion from another dimension by evil aliens and demons, according to conspiracy theorists ( via inquisitr.com ).

Chilling 'satanic human sacrifice' video spooks scientists working at world's biggest particle accelerator CERN

  
Yes you read that right!

This chilling mysterious video shows a group of 'researchers' at the CERN Large Hadron Collider staging a chilling 'satanic human sacrifice' ritual.
The footage shows a group of cloaked men gathering in a courtyard around a statue at the facility in Geneva, Switzerland.
But CERN has declared that the video is fake, and claims that the ritual was simply researchers and scientists coming to work at the facility 'taking their sense of humour too far.'

YUP, that what they said, They Took Their Sense Of Humor To Far!!! REALLY?   Is it Halloween There? 

In the clip, there appears to be at least eight figures standing in the shadows, before one man moves into the centre of the group.

Moments later, a woman wearing a white dress enters and kneels on the stone floor.

The woman the seems to lie down on the ground before a man in a cloak approaches her with his hands raised above his head.

Viewers of the footage speculate the man is holding a knife which he appears to plunge into the woman's chest before the clip suddenly cuts off.

In the background, a man recording the mysterious ritual - who also appears to be wearing a cloak - can be heard swearing loudly as he watches the horrifying scene.

How would they even know about an earthquake that small in geological terms on the other side of the planet? Did some guy in Vanuatu leave the beach long enough to go inside his beach shack, call up CERN, and ask "What the hell do you guys thing you're doing over there? You nearly made me spill my Pina Colada! Knock it the hell off, will ya?"

Fact: earthquakes happen every day, nearly every hour. If CERN were to shut down over earthquakes, they'd never fire it back up.
