America, the new paper Tiger ?
#1
It is not just Afghanistan that is making America look like a paper tiger.

China seems to be testing the waters in the South China Sea in the wake of the US rout from Afghanistan. At the same time, they are getting mighty cozy with the Taliban in Afghanistan. There is talk of them building a "trade" superhighway into Afghanistan through the Wakhan corridor. They say "trade" now, but it would also doubly as a mighty fine invasion route should the Taliban stop listening to CCP edicts and maybe, for instance, start helping the Uyghurs...

I would caution the Taliban not to allow the CCP to build an invasion route straight into the heart of Afghanistan, but they'd likely not listen. The Taliban may be noted for having a lot of patience in the face of desultory fire, but they have never been credited with an overabundance of grey matter.

Meanwhile, in the South China Sea, the CCP is running a propaganda campaign with material gift wrapped and handed to them by the BidenHarris regime, and sending probes out to determine just how short a leash they have that regime on.

"paper tiger" seems to be an apt description for what the US has been turned into.

How Japan, Australia, and the Philippines along with many others will be cut off and Chinese dominated by 2040 .

Behind the scenes there is plenty going on. When and if China takes control of Taiwan and thusly controls another island in the 9 dash chain where is Japan going to get their oil and overseas raw materials.... not to mention being able to ship stuff out of country unless China says it is OK. China is presently being confronted monthly in the south china sea over fishing rights and islands by Japan.

The pumpkin date used to be around 2040 but after the Afghanistan fiasco things might be pushed up a tad.

China is in many countries, India, Japan, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, and Vietnam sowing their discord and discontent with the present PTB and controlling any news allowed. Hegemony and the eastern control and empire by China for China is their goal IMO and they are persistent in the pursuit of those goals. China building their bigger better Navy with USA Walmart (and other international businesses) money is another step along the route to winning. They have already purchased and control news sources and have a say in what many movies can contain in their script. Etc etc ! Propaganda always works if persistent in the message to the weak minded or uninformed.

You know, the Taliban had a big win in this fiasco, but I think China may have won more biggly in the long run...

Indeed, huge winners to both the east AND the west. The CCP is cozying up to the Taliban to the west, with a potential boon in being allowed to mine out the rare metals in Afghanistan. There are talks of building a big road through the Wakhan Corridor directly from China to the heart of Afghanistan for purposes of "trade". Let's not notice that a trade route also factors in to military equations as an invasion route...

And, to the east, the propaganda coup for the CCP is staggering. They can get a LOT of mileage out of the current weakness of the America government, both in matters of propaganda and in military matters as the overseas perception of US strength collapses under BidenHarris' watch. China has a huge tool to use to their own advantage there. "See how the US flees from a fight and takes it's orders from desert goat herders? How can you still expect them to come to your aid when we crush you? Just give up peacefully... it's the only way out for you..."

And Australia? My gawd, Australia! Their government has swallowed the CCP covid-bait hook line and sinker, and appears to be caving to the CCP while we watch with draconian measures that would make Josef Mengele proud! Australia's only hope at this point is for it's people to rise up and replace the government with one that has some balls (and that is the only hope for the US as well). An Australian uprising, however, will be hampered by their disarmament of their population many years ago... and the CCP has had their eye on Australia ever since the Japanese stopped eyeballing Austrailia in the aftermath of WWII.
