I think it may be fake because when I listened closely--while a word/phrase was repeated in the subtitles, he did not repeat words verbally.  However, I have fired it off to a translator in the Netherlands.  I also know a guy who knows Russian, so there's that too if she doesn't answer my email. And.....come to think of it, there's a little Euro grocery with Ukrainians nearby. They might be able to translate as well.

Other point: Biden has a translator. You'd think you'd see some kind of facial change of expression unless the guy is already so braindead that nothing registers.

If I find out it's just a joke, I'll lyk. Perhaps you can correct it on ATS too (saw it there as well). I'm finished messing with their password hassle.

Either way, I agree with the captions.  It *is* an embarrassment.  Cripes.
