Am thinking:
1. If you stand by and let it happen ... it will happen.
2. Before you 'do anything' ya might wanna have a plan.
3. The first thing you'll want: as many folks as you can (and trust) to help you.
4. Control the local airspace (think drones).  You might have to shoot 'em up to make 'em understand.
5. Get ready to take out the power.  Yes ... you're gonna suffer for that too ... less if you're prepared.
6. Seize control of your local water distribution points.
7. Suppression of any coordinated response to your activities.

Sounds tough, but 'we' did this every day for more that 3 1/2 years in the ME and North Africa.  You'd be surprised how effective a little bit of insurgency is ... especially if no one knows a damn thing.  If somebody shoots a Hellfire missile at you ... you're doing it right!!  LOL

And mobility. Don't forget the mobility, the amazing ability to always be somewhere they are not, and keep them chasing, pulled apart. Never let 'em pin you down.

Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’

More than you are generally letting on, methinks.

You are thinking strategically, while lesser minds, the ones you refer to as "LARPing goobers", are stuck in tactical.
