Pelosi to Propose 25th Amendment Commission LOL

Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD) are going to set up a new "Commission" to assess Trump and use the 25th Amendment against him roflol.

Another feeble setup attempt by desperate Democrats that is aimed at soothing voters that have been suffering since 2016 and might be shy this election.

The main "Purpose" will be to evaluate Trump's fitness for office roflol 

They have to pass a bill on this before it starts to happen.

Nancy was triggered by Trump's sudden (strategy) to cancel the current stimulus talks that Democrats have been trying to add unrelated spending to roflol 

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) will introduce legislation on Friday to create a commission to evaluate the president for removal from office under the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.

The new bill, revealed in a media advisory, would create a Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge the Powers and and Duties of Office, to “ensure effective and uninterrupted leadership in the highest office” of government.

Earlier Thursday, Pelosi hinted at a plot to remove President Donald Trump from office under the 25th Amendment.

“Tomorrow, by the way, tomorrow — come here tomorrow. We’re going to be talking about the 25th Amendment,” she told reporters.

The relevant section of the 25th Amendment, Section 4, provides (emphasis added):

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Someone needs to evaluate Pelosi for fitness for office - she clearly is unable to read. The Amendment in question clearly states that the action must be initiated by the Vice President and a majority of ranking executive department heads.

I don't think there are any percentages in that.

If the House tries to do an end run around the requirements clearly stated in the amendment, then every single congress critter voting for it needs to be taken up on charges of treason against the Constitution itself, and for making war on the US government, also treason.

There is a very good chance that Trump may win the election. Clearly the opposition is convinced he will. I can smell the desperation emanating from them. It smells just like bullshit.

She said "This is not about Trump. It's about putting a process in place for future presidents".

Oddly, I believe her, and I'll tell you why. I believe it's all about Biden, in case he wins.


We all know that Pence or Trump's cabinet are not going to roll over on him and throw him under the bus. That's just a non-starter.

BUT - 

Suppose Biden were to somehow miraculously win via the magic of Democrat vote-frauding? What then? We also all know that Biden is unfit for office. We ALL know that, even the Democrats pushing for him. So why are they pushing for him?

Kamala Harris, that's why. They intend to remove him post haste, and install Harris in the Oval Office. Biden is just a Trojan Horse to install Marxism in the highest office in the land.

Who among us doesn't think Harris will throw Biden under the bus in a heartbeat? If she'll suck Willie Brown's dick just to get her first political job, I'm unwilling to put much past her. She will, without a doubt, take advantage of the process Pelosi is so thoughtfully putting in place for Harris to make use of. Think about that a few seconds...

And, give the history of Horizontal Harris, I have no doubt that she will suck as many Cabinet level peckers as it takes to get a majority of them behind her power play for the Presidency.
