Stress? Too familiar to me...
I had 2 coping mechanisms.
1. Walking. Walking really fast, walking really far.
2. Drinking alcohol. Drinking really fast, drinking really much.
Now i can't walk and i can't drink, so i pretty much just cry and flip the bird at the sky (which i don't even see)

That little pom that we have was like that but now that he's aging, he's turning nasty. We are both very careful with him but he'll try and bite at times, for no reasons whatsoever. He'd NEVER let us brush him. Even the groomer we bring him to has a problem with him.
