Cuomo and De Blasio are being sued for $2 billion over indoor dining ban. While other restaurants only 500 feet from the Nassau County border have been able to serve indoors at 50% capacity since June 24.
It's about time the business owners in New York stood up to these clowns. What took them so long?

There has to be a reason why the governor and mayor are acting like tyrants. Who is pulling their strings?
And why?
My personal opinion is, they want to drive out businesses so they can make the people there more dependent on the government for support: socialism.
I've also heard that the riots will cause the property prices to plummet, making it easy for the rich to snatch it up.
I hope the people still there vote these two out in November. If not, the people who stay deserve what they get in the future.

New York City is the only city in the state where some form of indoor dining is still not allowed, despite a weeks-long statewide case positive rate below 1%.
In mid-August, 1,500 gym owners across New York filed a class-action lawsuit against the state which led to gyms, fitness centers, and yoga studios opening their doors at 33% capacity just a few weeks later.
