Yup my friends, those kind hearted and caring educators are scaring the young.

A teachers’ union out of Milkwaukee, Wisconsin erected mock gravestones of students to scare kids from returning to school over the coronavirus.

The Milwaukee Teachers’ Education Association (MTEA) in partnership with a far-left group called Leaders Igniting Transformation, placed several fake tombstones on school grounds as part of a “National Day of Resistance” to keep kids out of school unless their demands are met.

The Only Demands they should have is to go to work.
I'm sure there are a lot of freshly graduated new teachers needing a job, Hell BUST THE UNION!

The MTEA’s Facebook page also includes a list of radical far-left demands they insist must be met before schools reopen.
Among the demands are socialist Democrat Party platform proposals, including no police in schools, moratorium on evictions, welfare, and banning charter schools.
“Join LIT and MTEA in solidarity for this National Day of Resistance as we demand safe, healthy, and equitable schools and communities!”

If they really wanted to scare the kids, I would have got some pictures of dead old people and blown them up to lifesize pictures and wrote on them..

"I loved you little jimmy, why did you do this to gram gram...." 

Sure, it would shock them for life, but this is the big leagues son and some people just don't have any ethics.

ETA: I actually changed my mind, I'd go ALL out. I'd get Tom Savini to make up some fake corpses that twitch and squirt blood and lay them in a pile and make all the kids walk past them while saying "Sorry *insert grandparents name here*, Sorry I killed you..."

I'm OK with free speech, however . . .
The basic message seems reasonable in that no one wants anyone to get sick in schools or spread it to family members and have at risk elders become seriously ill and perhaps even die.

But to then use this fear, be it founded or unfounded, to makes such other demands, ones we've all heard before from the left, that have nothing to do with the COVID pandemic, is not only wrong, but revealing. They are using a serious pandemic as a political tool to push agendas that have nothing to do with opening (or not opening) the schools. They'll try and use anything to advance their leftist causes. They are selfish and must believe the public are fools to fall for that crap.

Good article thanks for the link... I do wonder at times if the PTB want the kids back in school so that mom and dad can get back to work... Many people can not afford day care even if they can find one open.. Weird world

One way to help keep little Jane & Johnny safe, Oh Yea that Paperweight/Doorstop they want to call a Teacher Safe is the school buy all students and teachers a N-95 face mask for class with their name on the mask. Just look at amount of Homeowner Taxes and other Taxes you pay to the School districts, they are not poor!
The mask are Cleaned and issued each morning by the Paranoid teacher.
Next Handy Wipes and or Disinfectant of some type at the door so each student must use on hands and face.

Yes, The Poor, Paranoid and dying teacher should use also.   
OR, let Kids Be Kids and not worry about the Flu.

I like the way you think, maybe they can be shipped in a Container with Holes in it and the container could be shoved into the water at the low tide mark and they need to make the holes large enough for their feet to poke through lift the container and walk to shore,,,, think about it, Teachers really are not to Bright/Smart, you ever notice they always need a book to explain to them how to do a math problem, so there maybe no need to airdrop guns to them.
