Car-Jacking Kids

I guess a lack of policing emboldens the lawless.

There needs to be some relief for the law-abiding.  We need to be un-shackled from the prospect of any future charges when we deal with these types of thugs directly.  I know there's a vigilante force out there that is actively hunting for these little bastards.  One of the hoodlums was confronted, shot and then stabbed multiple times in the head (hahahahahahah!!).

The chaos unfolding in Chicago is a perfect example of social disintegration. After years of worsening murder rates - earning the city the nickname 'Chiraq', there's now an armed gang of children carjacking folks at gunpoint. 

Chicago police say the children, ages 10-17, have been on a carjacking spree across Chicago's South Side, which started in late June. 
The group of kids, in two incidents, have discharged weapons in broad daylight as they approached their victims.

"Children", in many cases fatherless, are easily swayed to join gangs to get a feeling of belonging. The gang leaders choose them to do the lawless deeds like this because if they are caught, they only go to child detention centers, and then their records are wiped clean once they turn 18, whereas the adults could go to prison.

It's the so-called adults behind this that need to be charged for using these kids.
But, I agree, the teens need to be caught and severely punished, and if the public needs to defend themselves against these thugs, then so be it.

The sad thing about these kids is, if any come up to my car and want my car, OK, go ahead, this old lady will get out. Then my 9mm will punch through the window and door after I have step out and allowed them to slide into my set, I'll simple remove from my ankle holster my weapon and kill everyone one of those little Fatherless Fuckers.
Let my insurance total my car and that is that.

In many cases even homes with fathers, children find their sense of belonging outside of the home, usually on the internet. In poor families the father may not be physically present, but in wealthy and financially stable homes, the father, and sometimes even the mother, are not emotionally or mentally present. People spend more time working then they do with their children.

Both my parents worked but I had both a grandfather and a grandmother available to watch us children, and the children of the neighborhood. Where I grew up you had better not get caught doing "anything" wrong, or even looking like you might be thinking about no good. Any adult in the neighborhood that caught you, would tear your little behind up, and you would beg them to not tell your parents, because you would get it again. In my house, the punishment was always worse than what you got from a grandparent or a neighbor.

Children today have little to no discipline. They have no respect for themselves and no one else, especially not their parents. If you dare tell a parent their child did something wrong or inappropriate, you had be ready for a fight, because they are going to attack you, and defend their child at all cost.

The problem as I see it, is there is no foundation for parents. Their Parenthood 101 instructions come from TV and the internet. They have no clue to what is truly normal, so they feel inadequate, frequently depressed, and frustrated, because their life doesn't match what the virtual world has convinced them it should look like.

They live in a fantasy world of their making, in an attempt to fulfill an unrealistic and nonexistent ideal. Their children are even more deceived then their parents and they have the added danger of believing they are invincible, or they think they have no future worth living. Suicide rates are so high among the young, whether it is personal suicide, suicide by cyber-bullying, or an online challenge or pact. Now it looks like the suicide by stupidity, from daring selfies, stupidity by taking the risk of challenging a stranger that values their lives less then they do, or suicide by cop, is the new trend.

I talk to parents too frequently that seem to be afraid of hurting their child's feelings or making them angry or sad. They are afraid they will disengage and there will be no peace in their homes. I try to remind them that there will be a lot of peace and quiet in their homes after they bury their child.

This is a deadly game. It pains me that so many parents are using a failed system in parenting and are putting their children in danger. The internet will be full of people that will offer, likes and condolences, but they will not be able to bring back their child.
