Chicago Mayor  Lori Lightfoot told White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany to watch her mouth after Lightfoot was offered Federal help to battle the Chicago Jackass gun violence !!

The Mayor is real touchy and is blaming Trump and anybody and anything else on the Chicago problems.

Embattled Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot told White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany to “watch her mouth” after the Trump official offered federal aid to her city to help combat record-high murder rates.

“Hey, Karen. Watch your mouth,” posted Lightfoot on Twitter.

Lightfoot continued to deflect criticism of her administration’s response to the city’s spiraling gun violence this week; blaming a lack of “federal strategy” to curb the shootings.

“We have got to make sure that we do a better job of taking guns out of the hands of criminals,” Lightfoot said Friday on MSNBC Live With Stephanie Ruhle. “We have to have a federal policy on background checks and making sure that dangerous people are not able to go across the border to states like Indiana and get military-grade weapons in quantities and then bring them back to the streets and shoot people up. That’s what’s happening.”

The problem might be narrowed down by looking at who votes Democrat.

I propose ... Science.  Let's deport everyone who votes/leans Democrat in Chicago to Africa.  If that curbs the problem we can repeat the experiment in another city.

Lightfoot is making use of her city's problems to try advancing the Marxist agenda. Her argument is essentially "firearms of all types must be outlawed nation wide because Chicago doesn't like to control it's own criminals, and they might get armed up from somewhere else if Johnny Hayseed in Georgia is allowed to keep his squirrel rifle".

It's a non-starter. Clean your own damned house before you try to hire a cleaning crew to demolish mine.

Notice how she mentioned Chicago criminals are somehow acquiring "military grade" weapons in Indiana by "going across the border"?  What she is calling for is gun bans in every corner of the nation, far-flung areas utterly unconnected with Chicago, in order to solve a local problem that she is unwilling to address under her own authority. It's the "Bloomberg Strategy" - when Bloomberg couldn't manage to lead his own city, he developed a strategy to try to drag the rest of the country down to make New York look better, more civilized, in comparison.

And "military grade" weapons? Seriously? No one has military grade weapons but the military - and Chicago PD. So is she accusing the military (and her own police department) of supplying arms to Chicago gang bangers? It seems that she ought to be addressing the military (and her OWN police department) rather than law abiding citizens of Indiana.

This sort of thing is precisely why we have been seeing the phrase "Molon Labe" being thrown around so much lately. "Come take them", because we are not going to just hand them over, and especially not because the Chicago mayor pisses herself at the thought of controlling her own criminals and would rather have the entire citizenry of America enslaved than to address a very localized problem.

Nope. If you want 'em, Lightfoot, carry your own precious ass out here and take them. We'll wait while you get your coat to come out here into the cold.

Has there ever been a more useless mayor? Just when you think Chicago can't get any worse. Lightfoot says hold my beer. I've tried saying Betelguese 3 times but she is still here.
