The louder the Left screams ‘cultural revolution!’ the more pushback they are getting from a growing number of Americans who are fed up with the assault on our country from within, as evidenced by a resounding election victory by a conservative mom who once pushed back big time against Beto O’Rourke.
Lauren Boebert, who defended the Second Amendment like a boss at one of the former Democratic presidential contender’s rallies last year, bringing her national attention, won a GOP primary in Colorado on Tuesday.

And, as the Western Journal reported, President Donald Trump took notice:
President Donald Trump retweeted a post from Boebert in which she said, “I am a mother to 4 boys. My husband and I are raising them to be strong men! I refuse to send my children into a socialist nation. Their freedom IS my motivator! Threaten the liberty of Americans, and I’ll be there to hold you accountable!”

Interestingly, Trump initially threw his support behind the incumbent, GOP Rep. Scott Tipton, the Western Journal added. But Boebert blew him away, 55 percent to 45 percent.
Boebert, who operates Shooters Grill, an eatery in Rifle, Colo., where all waitresses openly carry sidearms, now will face off against Democrat Diane Mitsch Bush in November. 
“I’m excited and eager to take this fight on to the Democrats and represent the people of the 3rd Congressional District, just like I’ve been promising them I would,” she told the Denver Post after the polls closed.

“There is a battle for the heart and soul of our country that I intend on helping win,” Boebert says on the website. “I’m running for Congress to stand up for our conservative values, address our current representatives’ failed promises, and put far-left Democrats back in their place.”
And she is exactly right. Today’s Democrat Party is morphing into a party that where historical authoritarians like Josef Stalin, Mao Zedong, Fidel Castro and the Taliban would feel comfy.
It’s no longer the party of JFK or LBJ or even Bill Clinton, when there still were actual ‘moderate’ Democrats who often put aside political ideology to do what is best for the country.
Now, it attracts blatant, out-and-out Marxists and anti-Semites like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortex, Rashida Tlaib, and Ilhan Omar. Even Joe Biden is being dragged Leftward, as is Nancy Pelosi.
At the same time, Democrat-aligned Leftists in the entertainment industry, academia, public education, and the arts have taken over the pop culture and have spent decades inculcating today’s Millennials in Marxist/socialist ideology.

So yes, we literally are locked in a fight for the soul of America: Does it remain free, liberty-oriented, and fundamentally fair or will it be taken over by intolerant bigots who judge not by the content of character but by the color of skin, just exactly the opposite of what Martin Luther King wanted.
“Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the Squad and the rest of these left-wing lunatics are taking a wrecking ball to our country while our current representative stays utterly silent,” Boebert notes further.

That is the way to win, but we have to remember that who we vote for, carries a  lot more weight than carrying a banner.

I have a dear friend that lived in Cuba back when Cuba was one the favorite vacation spots for the rich and famous. She told me years ago that the American people's ignorance of how politics works is going to be our down fall. She said we vote in ignorance and for all the wrong reasons. She said in time we will learn, but we will learn the hard way. I think she is right.

One of my best friend's husband is from, Venezuela. All I can say about that is that we are not being told the truth about Venezuela and in some places it is a lot worse than we imagine.

They seem to know exactly what they are doing, but appear supremely ignorant of the obvious repercussions of doing it.

Traditionally, there are 3 boxes to influence a nation: the soap box, the ballot box, and finally the bullet box, in that order. They are denying conservative voices access to the soap box with increasingly draconian measures. They are attempting to dilute the conservative vote at the ballot box by flooding in huge numbers of spurious votes, a sort of ballot-stuffing rigging of elections, and trying to increase that with the strange notion of "mail-in ballots", where voter credentials need not be checked, and where ballots and even votes can be easily stolen from a mail box, or "lost" in transit.

They seem not to realize - or perhaps at this point don't care - that their actions will only leave the bullet box to rectify the injustices they are perpetrating and trying to perpetrate.

They have been emboldened in that in recent months by being allowed to run riot - literally - by their Masters in Democrat-held areas. They seem utterly unaware that not all areas of the nation are Democrat controlled.

I predict a rude awakening if they don't ease up and get themselves educated. Cold hard experience is a wonderful and terrible teacher.

We had the same thing in VA - until yesterday. Yesterday, the new laws went into effect from the most recent legislative session, and free-for-all restrictionless, ID-less voting was one of them.
