He was told by SS to get to a safe place because of a credible threat.

Should he have told his security detail to piss off and wander out into the streets?

Meanwhile, Biden has not left his basement for over 70 days.

Isn't it time for a Silver Alert for poor Joe?

I recently saw Biden.

It was on the side of a milk carton.

But I did see him.

Explanation: I feel this old picture sums up Trump and all the other world leaders visions perfectly ...

Note how Trump has his eyes set on other horizons compared to the leaders from the EU. They look to the east whilst he looks to the west [very symbolic].

If nothing else, it was nice to see a regular rally.

Something normal, not covid-related.

I thought this was good for the Trump campaign.

Good rally. I've seen better, but I think the threat of BLM or Antifa causing trouble had a lot of folks scared to come out. They wouldn't allow people to stand outside either because of the threat. I'd say a lot of people left and went back home that were close enough.

Anyway, it was good to see the rallies starting up again. Hopefully, nothing will happen tonight. BLM were lurking outside the rally. Hope the military keeps the supporters safe while getting to their cars.

It was a good rally and Trump was in his element for sure, youtube.com is as good of gauge as any polls even on leftist media sites it's running 50/50 with loads of views. On conservative sites, of course, it's 90% or more in favor. Pretty sure rumors of violence and unrest kept law-abiding citizens away LOL and I don't blame them, who need any extra challenges in today's uncertain world.

The main point is Trump's got a solid base, Biden plus all the issues COVID lockdown, protests, riots, and anarchy etc. and he still is nowhere near better than Trump for the country right now.

The rally would have been bigger if not for BLM blocking the entrances outside.

Quote:The Trump campaign canceled planned outdoor speeches by President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence at their comeback rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Saturday night after protesters “interfered” with Trump supporters, campaign officials said.

“Sadly, protesters interfered with supporters, even blocking access to the metal detectors, which prevented people from entering the rally,” said Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh. “Radical protesters, coupled with a relentless onslaught from the media, attempted to frighten off the president’s supporters. We are proud of the thousands who stuck it out.”
Media reports said fights occurred outside the BOK arena where Mr. Trump is holding his main rally indoors. But the president and vice president also initially had planned to speak to supporters outdoors who couldn’t get in to the 19,000-seat arena.
But areas outside the arena appeared to be sparsely populated about an hour before the president’s arrival.
It’s the president’s first campaign rally since March 2, when the coronavirus crisis brought a suspension of campaigning.

“President Trump is rallying in Tulsa with thousands of energetic supporters, a stark contrast to the sleepy campaign being run by Joe Biden from his basement in Delaware,” Mr. Murtaugh said.

The president and campaign officials had said earlier that more than 1 million people requested tickets for the rally.
Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale had boasted on Friday that the campaign built an auxiliary stage outdoors for the president to greet supporters who couldn’t get into the arena.

Steve Schmidt, former campaign manager for John McCain in 2008 and a harsh critic of Mr. Trump, asserted that the Trump campaign was duped by anti-Trump teenagers requesting tickets.

“My 16-year-old daughter and her friends in Park City, Utah, have hundreds of tickets,” Mr. Schmidt tweeted at Mr. Parscale minutes before the rally was set to begin. “You have been rolled by America’s teens. @realDonaldTrump
you have been failed by your team. You have been deserted by your faithful. No one likes to root for the losing team.”
“This will be the 1st time that POTUS speaks to BOTH crowds in person — inside & outside,” Mr. Parscale tweeted at the time.
Mr. Schmidt, a collaborator in the “Lincoln Project” of Republican operatives opposing the president, suggested the group was responsible for undermining the rally attendance.

“This is what happened tonight. I’m dead serious when I say this. The teens of America have struck a savage blow against @realDonaldTrump,” Mr. Schmidt said. “All across America teens ordered tickets to this event. The fools on the campaign bragged about a million tickets. lol. @ProjectLincoln.”

Vice President Mike Pence shrugged off the less-than-capacity attendance when he addressed the crowd before the president spoke.

“Four years ago, a movement was formed, and it looks like it’s doing just fine tonight,” Mr. Pence said to cheering supporters.

Yes, Trump is great with drawing people in at the rallies. He is in his element there.

Not to bash them, but the Dems have yet to find a candidate that has that kind of attraction.

And yes, Trumps speaking at times gets on my nerves. Often times making me cringe.

But I love how it irritates the "polished politician" DC players. ROFLMAO :smallwink:

The poor Establishment is beside themselves with Trump and it's hilarious.

But you know what I've got to where I say anymore..........

That it is not the President to fear and worry about.
Whether it be Trump, Obama, Bush, etc etc

Reason being, they have term limits.
Some only serve 4 yrs.
A few serve 8 yrs.

But rather we need to fear the Career Politicians who spend decades in there, never getting anything accomplished due to their petty political agendas.

That is why they need term limits!!

THEN and only then, might the American people actually see changes that have been promised over the many years that nothing ever happens.
Just empty talk.

Hence that is where Trump comes in and defies all that, by doing what he said he would.

If the Dems lose again, this will be their fault only for not picking a knock out candidate.

They cannot win by insulting half the population as they did in 2016 with Hillary.
(despite the MSM claiming the polls had her winning by a large margin. pfffft...)

Plus the candidate needs a good platform to run on, and so far, Biden hasn't shown anything impressive IMO.

Apparently, some news outlets only showed the seating area that remained mostly empty last night. But Right Side Broadcasting showed the whole arena, which was full.
Never Trumpers bought a bunch of tickets making it appear that over one million would be showing up, but then didn't.

Here is one possessed leftists admitting the only way they can win is by cheating:
