UK defence secretary Ben Wallace.

He told BBC Breakfast "every hour counts" and confirmed "the Taliban are letting our people through"...'
BBC:

Some nations are providing armed escorts to get their people through the gauntlet the Taliban has set up. The chicken-shit US, and apparently the UK, seem not to be among those nations.

There is, however, a silver lining to all this. If the US military can no longer handle a few "illiterate, cave-dwelling goat herders", what the hell are they gonna do against a few million armed "insurgents" here in the US when said insurgents decide it's time to take their country back?

As an aside, I have eyes on the ground in Kabul, and those eyes report back to me that so far, news reports of widespread "house to house" searches for collaborators by the Taliban are fake news. They tell me that only Kabul District 5, where Hazara live, have been door to door searched, and only for weapons and ammunition. The Hazara have been an oppressed minority for millennia now, and might light up the Taliban in Kabul if given half a chance, and weapons, so the Taliban is taking no chances on them.

They also report that there is still fighting around the airport, and that the airport perimeter has been locked down by the Taliban, who are filtering who gets through and who doesn't. Further, I am told by the jungle grapevine that resistance cells are already forming in the Panjshir Valley, and those cells have put out the call for international assistance in their fight to retain freedom. I wonder if anyone, anyone at all, will answer those calls? All of the border crossing by land have been taken over by the Taliban (on roads - smuggler routes are still open, because they can't be closed by their very nature), and the only way out of Afghanistan at the moment is the Kabul Airport - fancifully named after Hamid Karzai, or along smuggler routes.

The Taliban is still mostly composed of Pakistanis, rather than native Afghans, is still in the clutches and under the direction of Pakistani ISI, although the last twenty years of fighting has brought a few native Afghan Pashtuns into their ranks. That is why the Tajiks in Panjshir said "Oh HELL no!" and started forming the core of a resistance. They're not real big on foreigners running their country, and most of them still don't much care for the Pashtuns, either.

From Panjshir:

Quote:they are all in the command of Ahmad Massoud (son of Ahmad Shah Massoud), he is the commander in Panjshir province and all the forces escaped from Taliban and some of distinguished governmental authorities go to Panjshir.

So, it's on again - the sides are simply re-arranging the Order of Battle in the wake of the US and NATO rout from the country. I might add that the Panjshir is the hope of Afghanistan. The Soviets never took it, and got their asses handed to them time after time there, and the Taliban never took it, either, so far as I know. Massoud was assassinated in 2001, just before the AQ attack of 9-11, but his spirit lives on in the Panjshir Resistance. AQ assassinated him as a favor to the Taliban, for all the good it did the talibs. His son has apparently taken the reins.

I recall seeing a Soviet column get decimated in the Panjshir. The Afghans set a log and rock trap at the head of the column, and at the tail of it, with about a 400 foot sheer drop off one side of the road and a 400 foot sheer climb on the other. With the way forward blocked, and the way rearward blocked, and a sheer drop or climb to either side, it was like shooting fish in a barrel. Those Panjshir folk are bad news, and mean business.

Or so I thought.

So I made the following response to the article in good faith:

But the response went into the wrong thread, and I cannot find the right one... and have no idea how it is I ever arrived at the Sun article to begin with!

Maybe the link was actually in the shout box, and all else is a sleep-induced haze of confusion and hallucination?

I picked up on the assailant's ethnicity from his manner of dress in the photos in the article, although the Sun was kind enough to specify the victim's ethnicity, as I probably wouldn't have figured that out without prompting!

The impression left by the wording is that a normal, happy-go-lucky British fellow of European extraction cold-cocked a poor, hapless, beleaguered Jewish gentleman, but the pictures give the lie to that narrative as soon as one sees that knee-length middle eastern shirt reminiscent of a night-shirt, and of course the odd headgear not usually found among the better dressed class of British folk...

Well! That sort of begs the question of what these three young stalwarts were doing, exactly, cruising through a place with the name "Gay Village".

My guess is that they turned violent because all the gays there were too old - they couldn't find any little boys to "sport" with, as is the custom in their homelands...

25th August.

When I was growing-up, a BBC TV programme that most children watched was a youngster-based series hosted
by adults that displayed many civic-orientated ideas and adhered to high standards.

Blue Peter is the longest-running children's TV show in the world and for myself, offered the idea that there was
order in the world and hinted that somewhere on a lifetime, toys needed to be put away and the viewer could feel
proud that they too, were maintaining this 'empirical' style of social living.

But over the years, those in positions of power decided to change the plan and have many different programmes
designed to entertain the young. The title these television programmes fell under was 'Children's BBC'.

'Police forensic teams today carried out a finger tips search in undergrowth as part of the investigation
into the murder of a woman in her 40s whose body was found dumped next to a slip road out of Guildford.

Teams of officers used rakes and spiked tools to delve through the grass and hedges alongside the
northbound slip road of the A3 in Surrey. The road remained closed to traffic as the teams methodically
worked their way from the entrance off the A320 Woking Road to where the body was found on Monday
afternoon by a member of the public.

Forensic markers were placed around the scene as the uniformed officers carried out their search.
Police do not believe the woman was killed at the scene. Two men have been arrested in connection
with the murder inquiry.

Surrey police said the woman, who is said to be in her 40s, has not been formally identified.

While there are CCTV cameras on the A3 road there are not thought to be any on the northbound slip road
that would have captured the body being dumped by the side of the road...'

*The victim had pulled over in the layby to check on an empty child's car seat
*Police believe the empty car seat had been placed in the stopping area as 'bait'
*The suspect is currently being questioned and 'remains in custody', police said

'A man has been arrested after a woman was raped in a layby while checking on an empty child's
car seat that the attacker had allegedly put there as 'bait', police said.

The victim was abused on the A4 in Thatcham, Berkshire, after stopping to check on an empty car seat,
which detectives believe was placed in the stopping area as 'bait'. The terrifying assault happened at
around 11.30pm on August 15 and Thames Valley Police sealed off the layby to search for DNA and other
clues following the attack.

A 28-year-old man, from Bracknell, has now been detained for suspected rape, Thames Valley Police
confirmed on Tuesday. A police spokesman said the suspect, who is believed to have been a stranger
to the victim, is currently being questioned and 'remains in custody at this time'.

The sex attacker allegedly pounced when her car slowed to a stop in the layby just before midnight on the
A4, two miles from the Duchess of Cambridge's childhood home in Bucklebury. Just a short distance from
the A4 layby is the junction where drivers turn off to pass along a country lane to arrive in Upper Bucklebury.

Police previously said the rape had caused understandable 'anxiety' in the area but added that 'such offences
are extremely rare'.  Although the A4 has occasional street lighting, the layby is surrounded by open countryside
and fields and woods, where it is unlikely the cries for help of anyone being attacked would be heard.

Investigating officer Detective Inspector Alice Broad said: 'We are continuing our investigation following this
deeply concerning incident. 'There are a significant number of enquiries ongoing, one of which has led to the
arrest of a man on suspicion of rape.
'The victim was driving on the A4 before the offence occurred.

'She stopped her vehicle at the scene because she saw a child's car seat in a layby and was concerned there
might be a child at risk because the car seat was empty.' The victim, whose age has not been revealed, is
being supported by specially-trained officers...'

Forensics or just Covid-scared customers?

Officers in forensic suits were seen in Fulham Palace Road on Thursday at three stores - a Tesco Express,
Little Waitrose and Sainsbury's Local - after the incidents on Wednesday evening.

Witnesses told how a man was seen acting suspiciously at the three stores and on Fulham Palace Road itself
on Wednesday evening. Following the incidents, Hammersmith & Fulham Council advised shoppers to throw
away anything bought from the three shops.

It said: 'Members of the public are advised as a precaution to dispose of any food items bought from these
supermarkets [on Wednesday] evening. 'H&F Council's Environmental Health team are now working with the
supermarket branches affected.'

Forensic officers were seen packing processed meat packs into health hazard bags to be sent for chemical testing
on Thursday morning. They were investigating if any other shops had been targeted.
The scenes remained taped off into yesterday morning around the stores affected.

A petrol station manager on the road yesterday said: 'Police came in and told us to close about 8pm [on Wednesday].
'We only opened about half an hour ago at about 11am. I think it's the same with anywhere that was open yesterday.'

On Thursday the Metropolitan Police said: 'Police have arrested a man in Hammersmith and Fulham on suspicion
of contamination of goods with intention of causing public harm or anxiety after foodstuffs at supermarkets were
injected with needles.

'Officers were called at around 7.40pm after a man was reported to be shouting abuse at people in the street.
The man is reported to have gone into three supermarkets in Fulham Palace Road SW6 and injected foodstuffs
with a number of needles.

'He has been taken into police custody. The supermarkets have closed and crime scenes are in place.
'The food items affected are believed to be processed meat and microwaveable products.
'It is currently unknown as to how many items have been contaminated, or what with.
'Investigations are ongoing to establish if other businesses in the area are involved in the incident.'...'

GMP said Umar had shot at the group of mourners at the cemetery in Thornwood Avenue, at about 19:00 BST.
He escaped but was assaulted by some of the group who had chased him, leaving him with black eyes and bruising.
An investigation is continuing into the assault, police said.

Det Con Terry Macmillan said: "This is a shocking act that took place in a location considered sacred to many, where

Elghareeb, of Crabtree Lane, Fulham, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday afternoon, where
he indicated no plea. The defendant is alleged to have first entered the Waitrose store at 7.30pm and started
‘throwing around’ syringes filled with blood and injecting them into food items.

The court heard how he is also accused of doing the same thing in the nearby Sainsbury’s store, where he is also
alleged to have thrown eggs. It is claimed he then went on to inject more items in Tesco Express before being
arrested.

The court was told Elghareeb is a solicitor and a ‘man of previous good character’.
The precise contents of the blood in the syringes are not known, the court heard.
Officers in forensic suits were seen in Fulham Palace Road on Thursday, seizing items including processed meats.
After the incident people were told to bin any food they had bought in any of the stores that night.

Elghareeb was remanded in custody and will appear at Isleworth Crown Court on September 24...'

The pre-dawn raid is thought to have taken place on or around 31 August or 1 September and the
individual is thought to be still in detention. It is not clear why he was arrested or if he has been charged
with a crime.

Police can hold a suspect for up to 96 hours without charge if suspected of a serious crime.
They can hold a suspect for or up to 14 days without charge if arrested under terrorism legislation.
The Home Office and the Ministry of Defence declined to comment.

A government spokesperson said: "We don't comment on individual cases".
A source, with knowledge of the case, said that the Afghan commando is understood to have arrived with
his family in the UK on a British evacuation flight in August.

They were put up in a hotel in Manchester for their period of coronavirus quarantine because Afghanistan
is on the government's COVID red list. Armed police are understood to have raided their room at just before
dawn on or around 31 August or 1 September.

The source said he was told they took the individual away in handcuffs.
Greater Manchester Police referred a query on the arrest to the Home Office.
The UK evacuated more than 15,000 Afghans, British nationals and others from Afghanistan in just two weeks
last month following the Taliban takeover.

The overwhelming majority of evacuees were fleeing in fear for their lives, including thousands of Afghans who
worked loyally as interpreters and other staff for the UK military and diplomats - facing death threats from the
Taliban in return.

Members of the Afghan special forces who provided a vital role in tackling the terrorist threat in Afghanistan
and served alongside their British and other NATO counterparts have also been given a safe haven, with
hundreds more hoping to be allowed to resettle in Britain.

They are living in hiding in Afghanistan, terrified of being hunted down by the country's new Taliban rulers.
British security officials have been working hard to vet everyone who is granted refuge.
Sky News revealed last month that a person from Afghanistan on the UK's no-fly list was flown into Birmingham
as part of the evacuation operation.

The "no-fly list" is designed to block individuals who are considered a security threat from reaching the UK.
In that incident, though, the government looked at the case and decided "they are not a person of interest" and no
further action was taken...'

Yes, but these idiot-Journalists can persuade a public that via nefarious means, Presidents can be switched-out
and convince the same public of who's the 'good-guys' and who is 'evil'!

But the pixelated image shows the contempt the MSM has for the public, it is silly... but they just don't care.

Quote:Rochdale Grooming Gang Child Rapist Complains About Benefits in Britain

'A member of the notorious Rochdale grooming child rape gang has complained about his treatment
in Britain at a deportation hearing, saying that he is barely “surviving” on state benefits.

The oppressed Adil Khan.

Fifty-one-year-old Adil Khan from Pakistan, who was previously jailed for his role in the child rape gang
in Rochdale, Greater Manchester after he impregnated a thirteen-year-old girl and trafficked another
15-year-old girl.

Khan was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2012, yet he was released early and has remained in the
country despite years of promises from the government to deport him.

Alongside his fellow gang member Qari Abdul Rauf, 52, Khan has launched a series of taxpayer-funded
appeals against their deportation to their native Pakistan. Following reports that Rauf is still walking the
streets of Rochdale, Home Secretary Priti Patel promised to “strain every sinew” to remove the child
predators from the country.

Appearing before an immigration tribunal to discuss his case against deportation, Khan bemoaned his
current life in Britain, claiming he has not been afforded his rights. “I cannot exercise any rights in this country
as an individual. I cannot do anything for my family, I’m just surviving on my son’s benefits,” he said through
a translator per the BBC.

“The police informed me about a month ago that they have cancelled my driver’s licence, according to the
Home Office instructions.”

The chair of the hearing, Judge Nehar Bird informed the child rapists that the tribunal was convened “to decide
whether the Home Office decision to deport you back to Pakistan is right or wrong, in law”. Complications over
their deportations have arisen as both men were granted certificates from the government in Islamabad stating
that they officially renounced their citizenship from Pakistan.
However, the documents were issued in September of 2018, after they were already stripped of their UK citizenship.

The appeal is also attempting to cite Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which despite leaving
the European Union, the UK is still bound by as it is an instrument of the Council of Europe which is separate -although
closely tied -to the European Union.

In June, Khan claimed that he and his fellow child rapists were “not that big a criminal…We have not committed that
big a crime.”...'

Quote:'The convict then attempted to shift blame onto the media, saying: “The journalists have made our lives a living hell,”
adding: “The journalists made us out to be big criminals.”

One of Khan’s victims said in April: “The fact they are appealing their sentences honestly makes me feel sick.”
“I have to live round here and it’s so easy to find me if they want to,” she said, adding: “We are nearly ten years on and
me and the other victims are still being let down by the police and the legal system. No one seems to care.”

The British government and local police forces throughout the country have been accused of overlooking the scourge
of child sexual grooming over the past few decades over politically correct fears.

Last year, for example, it was revealed that police in Rotherham police overlooked decades of abuse committed by
members of “Asian” rape gangs over concerns about stoking “racial tensions”. A report from the Independent Office
for Police Conduct (IOPC) said that a senior officer in Rotherham told a father of a missing girl that the city “would
erupt” if the public was made aware that “Asian” grooming gangs were sexually abusing young white girls, for example...'
