Did Rogue FBI Raid Home of Whistleblower Regarding the CF?

An article came out last night in the Daily Caller stating that the home of a PROTECTED whistleblower with documents and information regarding the Clinton Foundation was raided and the FBI took the documents. 
Were they rogue agents attempting to discover what Huber would be releasing in his upcoming reveal?
