Do the symptoms of depression need special treatment?
What kind of lifestyle changes will help with my symptoms of depression?
What about alternative treatments?
What should I do in an emergency?
Depression has Many, Many Causes.
Why do you feel depressed, Only you can answer, what are the triggering factors or causes of depression can only be answered by the depressed person.
If the answer is, "I don't know, I wake up depressed." then I'd think you have a Chemical Imbalance.

Weight Loss, Yes.
Effect Sleep, Yes.
Physical Pain, Not normally.
Special treatment? Yes.

Yes you need treatment.

What drug would be prescribed by a western doctor, I wouldn't know, know one would because you haven't been examined.
The same with me prescribing a Herbal treatment along with meditation and possible acupuncture for pain or addition.
You need to be examined by a professional.

If you are feeling the need to harm yourself or others, you need Professional Help NOW!

It is a serious illness caused by changes in brain chemistry (normally). Other factors contribute to the onset of depression, including genetics, changes in hormone levels, certain medical conditions, stress, grief or difficult life circumstances.

You can look at your surroundings where you live and work.
You can change things in your life, WiFi, High Wire Electric Lines close by, the noise level.
Relationship, Alcohol, drugs, closed in living arrangement, self worth, job.

Another fact is, Depression seems to be more common among women than men.

No one here can prescribe for you a medicine or safely diagnose you. I'm going to attach a Link to help you understand depression a little better. LINK

Welcome to RN.  I hope you enjoy your time here.

I'm no doctor, so this is not medical advice, but there are some things you can do yourself to ease your depression without resorting to pills. The only time you should inject a chemical into your body is when your hormones are out of balance, or you might have thyroid problems.
Still, there are things you can do to correct your thyroid function alternatively by taking the right amount of iodine.

There is a new thing called light therapy that will be available to the public, coming soon.  I'm not talking about your everyday sunlight, but a light that adjusts your personal frequency to a higher vibration, which in turn cures your depression.
In the mean time, there are light therapy treatments available now.  Light Therapy

You also need to eat right; maybe try leaving off meat and only eat vegetables and fruits for a while.  Always wash your vegetables and fruits to get rid of any chemicals that have been sprayed on them.  Try to avoid buying GMO products.

And while you're at it, do a toxic cleanse. Our bodies are full of metals from the chemtrails and fluoride in the water. These affect our health in a big way.
Alex Jones has some great products to choose from at the Info Wars Store to help with that and just about anything you need for your health. They even have great water and air filters.

You should also get a test done to see what vitamins and minerals your body is low in. You may just need more of something. I know Vitamin B and B-12 are a great mental and energy boosters.  Recent studies show everyone is low in vitamin D, so you need D for your body to work properly. This is as simple as exposing as much skin as possible to the sun for at least 20 minutes a day.  Vitamin D supplements work, but not as well as the real thing.  Also, it has been found that many people suffering from depression are low in Selenium. Find a good supplement.

Also, avoid wi-fi and florescent lighting as much as possible. These have a frequency they send out that affects our brain.

Listen to up-beat music. You'd be surprised how much music can affect your mood.
Here is a YT video that is supposed to help with depression. I have never listened to it; I just play up-beat music myself. I find it really helps.
Music to cure depression

You might also get some useful information from my thread about chemtrails. There are items made with orgone that you can sit around your house and necklaces to wear to protect yourself from wi-fi. I have several in my house and wear my necklace when I go out.
Here is my thread:  Under the Chembow

In the event of an emergency call 911.  If you are suicidal, call the hotline:  1-800-273-TALK (8255)

I hope this helps.
