Active Shooter in Vegas!
#61
Thanks.  How did you do that?

Here is a live stream on the Alex Jones show about the shooting.  He's revealing A LOT of things not heard in the MSM.

LISTEN!!!

I just want to say thank you, to all of you that are posting in this thread.  When we first heard about this shooting, even my hubby said that something wasn't right about it, and he is not a CT!   There has been a lot of "questionable" information being giving by the media.
Isis has claimed responsibility?  Really?

And has anyone else noticed, that they started with posting his picture, of what I assume is a more "current" version, the one mystic posted, but last night and this morning, they have been using a picture of "him" much younger?

What's up with that I wonder?

I do not know what agenda is going to be pushed with this, but I do believe 100% that this stinks to high heaven.

I have to wonder if his wife/girlfriend is going to make it back from Tokyo, if she really is there to begin with.

True enough. They may have a wedge set now, but that would be like smacking that wedge with a 20 pound sledge hammer.

Quote:don't get me wrong, I'm all for more gun control (the right kind) which INCLUDES enforcing laws on the books. I think it's totally bat-shit crazy that it's easier to buy a gun than renew the fucking registration on my car, sell a car, rent an apartment, etc. But gun control doesn't stop what happened yesterday.

This is where we'll have a slight difference of opinion. First, I don't know where you live, but I've never had nearly the problems here dealing with the DMV that I've had dealing with federal firearms law. It's entirely possible that our DMV is just more efficient than yours, accounting for that difference. There is no gun control possible that would stop something like the Vegas Massacre, so we are in agreement there. When a man has 2 million dollars to play with, and decides on going on a murderous rampage, little things like laws aren't going to stop that.

I suspect where we mainly differ, however, is in the arena of "more gun control".

Quote:And I agree @"BIAD" I was floored this morning to see that he purchased upwards of 60 guns?! Yesterday it was all not adding up but when this guy was building an arsenal it seems there were a few red flags that could have been looked at. I don't know, but yeah, he had a mini army going at his house.

Collectors have vast collections of guns. For a man with two million dollars and a gun fetish, I would think only 60 guns would show an admirable restraint. I know a guy who has at least that many legal automatic weapons, complete with all the belts, magazines, ammo, and parts to keep them running. He also has a collection of accessories like suppressors and such like objects to compliment that collection. He has a vault that looks like a bank vault - a reinforced concrete bunker with a thick steel door and a big wheel shaped lock to keep them safe - also by Federal law. He's a collector, and has the money to feed the beast.

Heck, just little old poor me at one time had enough weapons and equipment to outfit a 5 man squad - although I don't any more. I'm too old and weak to carry that much crap to the range any more, much less go on the attack.

Paddock was also the son of Benjamin Hoskins Paddock, a serial bank robber who ended up on the FBI Most Wanted list back in 1969 when he escaped from federal prison in Texas while serving a 20 years sentence.

The FBI kept him on the list for the next eight years, and he was eventually found one year after he was removed from the list in 1978 while outside an Oregon Bingo hall.
The agency said that the fugitive had been 'diagnosed as psychopathic' and also had possible 'suicidal tendencies.'

Perhaps just a "bad seed"?

I think there was more than one shooter, and here is a post that backs that up.

If a MOD can enlarge this for me, please do.

Sorry, but that's just not right. the "close shots" are the actual bullets impacting the ground and bodies nearby. They make a "slap" noise when they do that, as you can hear in the videos. the "other shooter shots", the ones that sound farther away, are the actual shots coming out of the weapon. Sound travels at roughly 1100 feet per second, but bullets travel around 2500 to 3200 feet per second, , meaning that if any distance is involved, the bullet will impact your location before the sound of the shot gets there. That's one of the ways you can tell roughly how far away a shooter is, and where he is - when you hear the "crack" of the bullet going past you (it's actually a mini "sonic boom"), you estimate how long it is before you hear the shot, and then you can estimate a distance to the shooter. You line up the "crack" and the "boom" to get an estimate of his location.

Then you go get the bastard.

I heard one source who said that he was "1100 feet away" from the attack venue, which in a perfect world would mean exactly a one second delay between the bullet strike and the sound of the shot. In practice, the bullet also takes some time to get there, lessening the time between the crack and the boom of the shot, so it's a bit less than a second for a distance of 1100 feet. Sound also travels at different speed at different altitudes, so that has to be taken into account, too.

The short version is you will hear the crack-crack-crack of the actual bullets a split second before you hear the fainter boom-boom-boom of the gun firing, just as you hear in these videos. Therefore, they are displaying just one shooter, not two.

The videos are actually educational in that respect, as anyone listening to them will have some little bit of "experience" of being shot at so they can get prepped for the war that is coming, and know when they are being shot at. Sad but true.

Now, regarding the multiple reports of multiple shooters, I have independent confirmation of them, as reports. Those reports actually happened, and were called in to the Vegas police starting BEFORE the shootings, in what I believe was a coordinated effort to draw police AWAY from the actual shooting venue beforehand, in order to increase their response time to the actual event. That indicates, to me, a coordinated event with accomplices, but not necessarily multiple shooters. We got a report just this afternoon from someone who actually lives in Vegas that those reports of mass shootings on the Strip have been getting called in to the Vegas PD for the past two weeks, and that they intensified on the afternoon and night of the shooting.

Just more evidence, to me, that there was a coordinated effort and accomplices, and it had been planned out long before the actual event.

Right now, we still seem to be operating under the fog of war. There is so much misinformation and disinformation flying around that it's nearly impossible to get any real info out there. A prime example is the claim of the use of "bump fire" stocks - there have been various reports of anywhere from 2 to 12 of the rifles being equipped with them, and a major focus at the moment is these novelty stocks. That is almost entire and utter bullshit. Bump firing weapons is nothing more than a novelty - you can make a lot of noise if you do it carefully, but you couldn't hit the wall of a barn from the inside. That fire in the videos was auto fire, pure and simple. I don't believe for an instant that anyone could hit a target 360 yards away using bump fire. Not even a really big target an acre in size. There seems to be a big push on to outlaw bump fire stocks. DO IT dammit, and then shut the hell up and crawl back into your cave! No serious shooter give a rat's ass if you do, because they are useless for anything other than making a lot of noise and wasting a lot of ammo with no effect.

Give me a single shot .22 at the beginning of the war, and I'll have all the automatic weapons I can carry in a half hour. People are utterly fucking ignorant when it comes to firearms, it appears, if one goes by the hysteria blasting all over the news. Folks are gonna eat that crap up, without even dosing it down with ketchup.

I looked at the photos in the articles Sky posted, and it looks like a set up to me. Wrong weapons in the wrong places - for example, the one near the entrance door is scoped and on a bipod... and completely unloaded. there is NO magazine in it, or even near it. It was a set up for a photo op (meaning that those photos were "leaked" on purpose, and there will be no serious investigation into the leak as claimed), not a serious backup for an entry repulsion. You don't use a scoped weapon for that, you use iron sights, reflex sights, or no sights at all, because that is a close quarters situation. Conversely, the one near the window, with a bump fire stock, has NO bipod and a reflex sight for close quarters work, not long range shooting.

It. Is. A. Fucking. Scam. Everything about it smells WRONG. The "experts" they are plastering all over TV are blowing so much smoke up people's collective asses that it ought to be flowing out their ears like a volcano by now.

Of more concern is the hysterical voices comparing this to the Australian massacre that got the population of Australia disarmed in just a few weeks from the event, and calling for the same in the US. If you want to get this war rolling, that's the way to go... and I think that might be what they're aiming for.

I don't think I should post much more about it until the fog of war clears, and they finally get their goddamned story straight for public consumption. There is so much wrong here that I cannot possibly cover all of it. There isn't enough internet to hold all of the corrections to what is wrong.

Stephen Paddock had two "bump stocks" - devices that allow semi-automatic weapons to fire rapidly

California senator Dianne Feinstein, who has raised concerns over the sale of such accessories, said

Notice the change of wording from bipod to tripod.

Quote:'...Paddock had amassed an arsenal of at least 42 guns, explosives and several thousand rounds of
ammunition, police said. He used at least 10 suitcases to smuggle the weapons into his room after
checking in on Thursday last week.

the hotel room, with scores of bullet casings littering the floor around them...'

was at the time of the attack, according to ABC News...'

Also, would a wealthy person go to such great lengths of acquiring explosive material, when his
actions in Las Vegas were purely contained with the use of firearms and ammunition?

hours after discovering 23 guns in his room at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino.

Found some more info on line.

Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo gave a press conference Tuesday and responded to questions whether Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock had been “radicalized.”

WATCH:

Speaking to reporters, Lombardo said, “I want to understand the motivation that you described, okay, to prevent any future incidents, and, you know, did this person get radicalized unbeknownst to us? And we want to identify that source.”
The Islamic State repeatedly claimed responsibility for the attack Monday, though federal authorities have said there is no evidence that is the case.
Paddock, a 64-year-old white male, wired $100,000 to an account in the Philippines a week before his attack, which was the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history. (RELATED: Shooter Wired $100,000 To Philippines The Week Before Massacre)
Paddock’s girlfriend, 62-year-old Marilou Danley, an Australian national of Filipino descent, was in the Philippines at the time of the attack. She is still in the Philippines, and American authorities want to talk to her when she returns.

A POV about gun control

Jimmy Kimmel is once again trying to be the moral voice of our country in the wake of the Las Vegas massacre.

Two weeks ago, Kimmel dedicated his late-night show to stopping GOP efforts to repeal Obamacare. Now, he is using his platform to call for immediate action on guns.
In a monologue frequently interrupted by the comedy host being on the brink of tears, Kimmel condemned Republican lawmakers for letting the “gun lobby” take over America. He dismissed their offerings of prayers for the Las Vegas victims and suggested, “they should be praying for God to forgive them for letting the gun lobby run this country.”
All of this made for good viral material to influence the current gun debate. Liberals and Democrats are all behind Kimmel’s desire to act immediately on guns — yet, there is no real legislation that would have done a damn thing to stop the deadliest mass shooting in American history. (RELATED: Democrats Immediately Call For Gun Control After Las Vegas Shooting)
The current focus is stopping a bill that would remove restrictions on gun suppressors, an item the Las Vegas shooter did not use. Noted firearm expert Hillary Clinton has offered the theory that a silencer would have allowed the shooter to kill dozens with no one hearing him, apparently believing that a suppressor makes one of those dreaded assault rifles completely inaudible.
This notion does more to show liberal ignorance on guns than anything else. But this is the one issue where the Left is wanting immediate action on guns after Las Vegas — at least, as publicly stated.
Behind every liberal reaction to a shooting is the looming specter of gun confiscation. Kimmel even hinted at it with his comment that no one should own an M-16.
Confiscation makes more sense as the response to a dire threat that is going to kill millions of Americans — in the minds of liberals — than making sure suppressors are harder to buy. We need action now, so why not take all the guns? We can’t be safe until we know that no one outside of the state has them.
The odd thing about wanting gun confiscation is what it would entail. Prior to the Las Vegas massacre, liberal media was busy lionizing NFL players who kneeled during the national anthem to protest police brutality. The argument goes that law enforcement needs to be reined in and not be so militarized.
However, gun control would require a massive, militarized police state dedicated to brutalizing its population in order to get those now-illegal firearms. If implemented in the next three years, that would also mean President Donald Trump has the power over that police state, which should cause concern for the people who already think he’s a fascist.
The ideas that police are oppressing people of color, but that we need to give them more power to make us a gun-free country may seem to conflict. But that’s only if you think the Left should be in favor of all forms of state power.
Most liberals have come to terms with what they want state power to achieve.
Enforcing immigration law is tyrannical, but rounding up hate thinkers is noble. Police drawing guns on minorities is an outrage, but law enforcement mowing down armed rednecks is something to aspire to. The president criticizing left-wing journalists is a sign of fascism, but shutting down right-wing “fake news” on Facebook is necessary.
Liberals only like state power when it is in their own hands and is used to advance their agenda — which, unfortunately, is a lot of state power these days. Just look at Europe. (RELATED: Hate Speech Is Free Speech)
At the same time, the American Right isn’t as comfortable with state power. Libertarians and most of the conservative movement view state power as inherently bad, even when it is used for good or in their own interests. (The military receives an exception to this standard from conservatives.)
Trumpists seem much more comfortable with using the state to achieve their goals than movement conservatives, but they haven’t figured out a clear position like the Left has.
No matter the position on state power, Americans of all stripes who believe we are a nation of free citizens should oppose gun control. The right to bear arms gives citizens the ability to defend themselves and their property without the total reliance on the state to do it for them. It gives the citizen responsibility and power over their own lives, a fact that our Founders understood.
Taking guns away from citizens makes us a nation even more dependent on the state and the many left-wing bureaucrats who populate it. The Left thinks that is a good thing.
For everyone else, that should be a nightmare.

Even if you don't like Alex Jones, I think he hit the nail on the head last night. He had copies of news articles to back up his statement; reports that have been pulled by the MSM since they first reported it.
He had a report showing where ISIS had taken responsibility for the attack; he had reports stating that Paddock had become a member of Islam, and even gave his Islam name, and all kinds of material was found in his car from the Antifa group. His girlfriend was also a member.

He spoke about Jimmy Kimmel, and his role (being a puppet) in spreading the "take our guns" agenda.

Hillary didn't even wait until the bodies were cold before she tweeted about gun control. BITCH!!!

He said someone high up in the FBI told him they had reports that Antifa was going to be killing off white Trump supporters in large groups during October and November, and they plan on taking over the government. They also plan to kill President Trump.

He showed and read over a bunch of reports.

This channel goes continuously (no ads, thank goodness), so I hope you all will listen before the subject gets too far from what he was showing last night. I think everyone will hear something that rings true, and something you may not have heard yet.

She's back...

Quote:The girlfriend of Stephen Paddock has returned to the US - whisked through customs in a wheelchair - to be questioned by officers desperate she can provide an insight into what led him to carry out his act of mass slaughter.

Marilou Danley, 62, flew into Las Angeles from the Philippines, her home country, on Tuesday night and was met with as met by FBI agents who took her out of a side exit to avoid waiting television crews.

Ms Danley, who was not played under arrest, was captured on footage broadcast by NBC News, being swiftly pushed on a wheelchair, using her left hand to keep a baseball cap pressed down on her head.

Previously, Las Vegas Sheriff Joseph Lombardo, who has called Danley a “person of interest” in the attack, said that “we anticipate some information from her shortly”. He said he was “absolutely” confident authorities would determine the 64-year-old to carry of the killings.
As police and investigative agents scramble for clues to explain what led the retired accountant to check into a well-positioned suite in a hotel overlooking a country music, killing 58 people and injuring more than 500, they are increasingly hopeful that his girlfriend of several years could help fill in some blanks.

It is known that Ms Danley was in Asia on Sunday night, arriving in the Philippines on September 15.
The Associated Press said according to immigration documents, she left on September 22 then returned three days later on a flight from Hong Kong. She holds Australian citizenship and was travelling on an Australian passport.

Investigators believe that in the days before he opened fired from his room on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino, Paddock had wired $100,000 to the an account in the Philippines. It was not immediately clear if it was for her or members of his family.

I'm sure the media will tell us exactly what the police learn during their interrogation.  NOT!

Keep in mind that Diane Feinstein is one of those "experts" I was referring to. This is the same woman who, when the assault rifle ban was about to sunset, was asked "what is a barrel shroud?" and replied with the highly technical (and utterly wrong) answer of "I think it's one of those things that goes up over your shoulder, isn't it?" I'm not sure what part of barrel shroud said to her "it goes over your shoulder" - if that's the case, your aiming that weapon in the entirely wrong direction! I'm also not sure who the dumbass(es) was or were who thought it would be a good idea to put this ditzy broad on the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Another of those "experts" I saw on the idiot tube night before last claimed to be a nurse and also said that it would be a good idea to plug a bullet wound with your finger. Say what? A nurse said that? Keep her away from ME, because any dumbass that pokes their finger into a bullet wound on me is gonna get the taste slapped outta their mouth, and then get throat punched. And, well, that sort of thing was something used back in the day to make a wounded enemy soldier talk, and believe you me, they sing like canaries when you do that, 'cause that shit HURTS!... and they gonna die anyhow, so wound contamination wasn't a consideration.

I'm dubious of the "explosive material". What was found at his house was Tannerite, which is pretty weak as explosives go, but spectacular to make exploding targets out of. Likewise the ammonium nitrate. that's a low explosive if you can even get it to go off, and "pushes" more than "shatters" - it has to be used in enclosed spaces to do any good at all. We used to use it to push tree stumps out of the ground, and it was used in Oklahoma City to push a building down... but it don't do a damned thing but fertilize if it isn't accompanied by the stuff to make it blow, which includes fuel oil. Where is the mention of the fuel oil to make it go POOF!? All I read about was a bag of fertilizer.

Yeah, beware those "experts" you're going to be hearing so much "expert information" from, and pay attention to what they DON'T mention as well.

Reports are coming out now that it's believed Paddock had help, and he planned to escape.
I watched several videos from witnesses last night who said "there was more than one shooter... without a doubt."

Quote:Speaking this evening, Lombardo said that there is evidence that indicates Paddock, a 64-year-old resident of Mesquite, Nevada, planned to escape.
However, Lombardo did not provide any details on what the evidence was or why he believes that.

[Image: las-vegas-shooting-graphic-ap-ps-171002_4x3_608.jpg]

One witness said he believed there was another shooter at another building across the street, because one man had run from the concert area and was hidden behind a concrete building when a bullet hit his leg from the front and passed through, coming out the back of his leg. After investigating if the bullet could have bounced off something else, they found there was no angle to make this possible from where he was standing.
I watched several videos, so I don't remember which one this information was on to post it here. Sorry.

One thing to always ask after an incident like this is, who benefits?

Well, we know those in gooberment who want to take our guns benefit, but who else stands to gain from the Las Vegas shooting?

A company who develops and markets security and inspection systems such as X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other expensive security-related devices. As of this morning, the company’s stock price is now at an all-time high for the year. Potentially even more interestingly, after a recent low on the day of the 4chan posting in question 9/11, the stock has been on a steady climb upwards ever since.

The other named entity, the Chertoff Group cannot be tracked in the same manner as they are a privately held company.

The company describe themselves as “a premier global advisory firm focused on security and risk management. Whose professionals include former Cabinet-level officials, senior intelligence and national security officers, private-equity CEOs, and experienced investment bankers from the most distinguished Wall Street firms.

For those organizations that require tactical security support, we work hand-in-hand with clients to conduct comprehensive security assessments, establish effective risk management frameworks, and build more resilient organizations capable of navigating today’s threat environment.”

Michael Chertoff, official DHS photo portrait, 2007.jpgThe Chertoff Group though leads us to its founder and one of only two specific names alluded to in the original post. Michael Chertoff the Harvard educated son of a Rabbi who served as head of Homeland Security under George W. Bush, and also happens to be the co-author of the Patriot Act.

The bill responsible for the removal of more Constitutionally protected rights then any other in modern times. Beyond founding the Chertoff group, he also co-chairs the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Immigration Task Force.

As mentioned in the prior article Michael has already been formally accused of abusing his homeland security position to make money selling full body scanners.

That is only the start of his past shady dealings however. As he has been involved in the stifling of investigations related to both 9/11 and Al-Qaeda. He also may potentially have the Clinton’s in his debt. As despite his close friendly ties to many prominent Democrats at the time, was appointed as special counsel to the Senate Whitewater Committee. A Committee which had been tasked with looking into allegations against President Clinton and his wife. Allegations that quickly went nowhere once Chertoff got involved.

The other name mentioned is almost just as shady in his own right though. Billionaire Casino owner Sheldon Adelson is heavily tied into politics. Long-serving as one of the key GOP mega-donors who helps the party win elections.

In fact he wrote the President’s inaugural committee a 5 million dollar check at the start of the year, the largest ever donation to an incoming President. He is said to be frustrated currently that Trump isn’t taking a more extreme pro-Israeli stance in his policies, however.

As Adelson is a strong supporter of the Jewish state and even owns the daily Isreal Hayom paper, along with being in regular contact with Prime Minister Netanyahu.

The real questionable stuff starts when you consider that the Chinese government formally accused Adelson and his company of helping U.S. intelligence agencies spy on Chinese officials. Beijing believed that the CIA and FBI were using Adelson owned casinos operating in Macau to gather blackmail material on their people.

They took this threat so seriously even they prevented the establishment of a U.S. consulate in Macau over their concerns. This story came to light even only after an ongoing lawsuit had already previously revealed that Adelson ordered spying on local Macau officials through his resorts in the region.

If nothing else, the two men in question, Michael Chertoff and Sheldon Adelson are certainly powerful men with a history of shady financial and governmental dealings. If you were going to pick two people who would simply have the connections and resources to arrange an incident like the one in Vegas, you couldn’t cast a better pair. Let’s keep in mind though its not like these two were called out to fit the narrative only after the fact, but rather singled out weeks ahead of time, along with the target location of Vegas.

With calls from all sides for increased security measures nationwide, it’s not that unlikely we could be facing the Patriot Act 2.0 sometime in the near future if the fear mongers get their way.

Who could possibly be happier about that then the author of the original version, who of course just happens to own one of the companies set to profit most from such legislation. Nothing is a better motivator then money and power, and certainly both are to be had here in the aftermath of the horrific attack in Vegas. While all of the above could be a coincidence, at the very minimum these two certainly will likely both mange to profit in the months to come. Along with their friend Mr. Soros, who has actually previously made a killing investing in OSI Systems stocks in times of national crisis.
